“Tippsy not only had all of the inventory I was searching for, but they were able to ship me my goods in a timely fashion. I also quite enjoy the educational sake emails I've received.”

“I've been a tippsy sake customer for years now and I only get my sake from this website! I love the huge selection of sakes and the ability to filter them by taste/smv level etc. Their customer service is also great and always very responsive.”

“Overall I rate Tippsy a very good rating because the sake tasted great and the delivery was received in a reasonable time. Despite my first package being damaged by UPS, the customer service at Tippsy was incredible. Customer service was quick and responsive to all my questions and concerns and got everything sorted out promptly. (Shout out to Tiffany for the great customer service I got) I would highly recommend Tippsy if you want high-quality and delicious sake.”

“The website is terrific, the selection is terrific, the customer service is atrocious. I hope and pray it gets better. It takes days to respond to any issue, which is just not ok. The sake eventually arrives, but you never know when, and they don't seem to have an efficient way to tell you.”

“I thought I would try out their sake box subscription. My first box was an impressively packaged and thoughtfully curated selection of six 300 ml sake bottles to enjoy. I liked the literature that accompanied the box which included a basic overview of sake, tasting cards on each bottle of sake, and a short newsletter which I found very educational. I opened and enjoyed my first bottle that evening. Highly recommend this sake box subscription.”

“Packaging is great, seems very stable. I've only drank one bottle so far and it was pretty decent. It was a pretty normal Sake. I'm a Sake newbie, other than some I drank at Epcot at the japan pavillian, I haven't had a lot. I'm looking forward to some interesting ones. I know there is draft sake, flavored sake, etc. that I'm looking forward to trying. I hope they don't all taste the same :) The deal for 2 boxes was really good, so I purchased that and will probably write another review after I've had both sets to fully qualify if the subscription was worth it.”

“It is so easy and pleasant to deal with Tippsy staff. I received the order in good time. It is the first time I have ordered a shipment and I was impressed. We had signed up for the sample mailings and this one was a real favorite. We are planning on ordering from them again.”
