“I was super excited to receive my first box. After savoring good sake when I lived in Japan, it was nice to be revisiting an earlier passion. Unfortunately, none of my tasting cards matched to the bottles I recieved so while I still enjoyed my first sips, I had nothing to educate me about what I was drinking. Hopefully, this will get corrected and I hope others have not had the same experience.”

“Whenever anyone asks where I buy most of my sake I say Tippsy. I especially like the webpage for each sake, which tells interesting information and the stats about each bottle. Great job!”

“I found Tippys while looking for one of my favorite sakes which had disappeared on the east coast several years ago. Pricing was fair and it arrived earlier than promised but even more impressive was the website. It’s organized and very educational. If you want to understand sake visit their website. Rather than just trying random bottles I now have enough knowledge to refine my choices and experiment. Thanks”

“Overall I rate Tippsy a very good rating because the sake tasted great and the delivery was received in a reasonable time. Despite my first package being damaged by UPS, the customer service at Tippsy was incredible. Customer service was quick and responsive to all my questions and concerns and got everything sorted out promptly. (Shout out to Tiffany for the great customer service I got) I would highly recommend Tippsy if you want high-quality and delicious sake.”

“The website is terrific, the selection is terrific, the customer service is atrocious. I hope and pray it gets better. It takes days to respond to any issue, which is just not ok. The sake eventually arrives, but you never know when, and they don't seem to have an efficient way to tell you.”
