“My favorite sake is hard to find (Senkin Classic Muku). Tipsy had it for a fair price and delivered it quickly and in good condition. Will definitely order from the, again!”

“Previously purchased bottles were perfect. New flavor/mini samples were fine. A thick milky sake is so yummy. Thin light with a refreshing fruit is ok.”

“As a sake lover, it has been very expensive keeping up with my hobby (habit). Often having to hunt down sake from individual stores around the country and paying exorbitant shipping on top. None of these stores have a way to "experiment" with new sake based on the flavor profile - and you are lucky if they even give you the SMV to help decide. TippsySake's Taste Metric graph and reviews enable you to find new sake that you would never find otherwise - and I haven't had a bad one yet. Every order has arrived a few days BEFORE the initial projected arrival date and the shipping is fair (or free!). The only downside is I am drinking a LOT more sake! ;-} A great store with a fantastic way to try new sake in your taste profile.”

“I am happy to have found Tippsy, from which I can obtain decent sake even if they are a bit overpriced. The company did deliver safely what I ordered. I do see, however, a lot of room for improvement. First, while they claim to ship the products in a matter of 2-3 days, it actually took over a week before they shipped my order despite that everything I had ordered was in stock. Second, the delivery also took longer than what they described on their homepage. By tracking the shipment, I learned that my order was sitting for two full days at UPS's local facility. Third, they boast of qualify control during the delivery, mentioning, in their mail confirmation of the order, temperature-controlled tracks during summer. However, if anything like that is indeed done is questionable, at least in my case, which involved sake needing refrigeration but the box arrived warm. They should immediately stop telling the customers anything that is untrue or unrealizable. Forth, the communication via text messages is quick enough, but customer service via e-mail is very slow in response and their responses are prefunctory. I'm sure some of these problems can be immediately solved if they endeavor to, which I hope they do. I hope that I will be more motivated to return to Tippsy with these improvements made.”

“I absolutely love belonging to the Tippsy Sake Club! Through Tippsy, I have been able to experience several different styles of sake that I would never be able to get in my area. The information cards that come with every bottle is rich in information regarding the sake that I am drinking at that time!
