“What really bothers me.
I have a nice collection of Sake now.
When i got my First six bottles, they came with cards that described Each and every Sake. We shopped until we found just the right box to file all our cards that would be coming with our Sake orders. So when we planned dinners we could just open our file box and find just the RIGHT Sake. Now I have to Guess which bottle goes with anything.... Very Sad!
