“Everything was good with the initial order and shipment. Ordered the 3 month, received a notice my second shipment was “fulfilled.” Never received it, reached out to tippsy and they said they would look into it, never got back to me. Emailed again, no response. Will not renew and trying to get a refund for the 2/3 shipments I didn’t receive .”

Although your May box (which is your second box) has already been shipped out, due to the current situations, some of our carriers are experiencing unexpected delays with delivery. “I already like craft beer, wine, spirits, cider, mead, etc...I am using tippsy to open up to and learn more about sake. I really enjoy this company. The variety is far more extensive than what my local liquor stores carry. The tasting note cards are educational and helpful. The bottles are VERY securely packed - I will be stunned if I ever receive a broken bottle. The only thing I would change - I would like if I could be billed monthly for my subscription boxes, instead of quarterly - it would be easier on my budget. So far, I am loving to drink my sake cold with buttery seafood dishes or during dessert with a fruit salad or sorbet.”
