“It's been a month since I made a purchase and I have unfortunately received no product or information on my shipment. I hope I can change this soon but not even a valid track after so long is upsetting especially for the cost.”

“Really love this service. Their prices are comparable to local liquor stores, but things get shipped right to my door. They were out of stock of one of the bottles I ordered, and refunded me right away. Great customer service - looking forward to ordering more sake.”
