“Tippsy did an excellent job in handling my delivery. After I placed the order, I realized I would likely be at work when it's delivered. Followed up with customer service who updated the shipping address that day. The bottle was in great condition, the packaging was extremely secure, and the sake was delicious!”

“It's been a month since I made a purchase and I have unfortunately received no product or information on my shipment. I hope I can change this soon but not even a valid track after so long is upsetting especially for the cost.”
