“This is my first time ordering from Tippsy, the shipping is exactly as described, packaged well, arrived on time. Most importantly, the sake i ordered tasted great, smooth, just by smelling it, the fragrance of rice and the depth are rich. The website has detailed description for each sake, the gift sets are great size to try multiple sake at one order. Overall, it's great experience, i will definitely order again.”

“This was my first experience with Tippsy. While it did not go as expected and I ended up receiving my Sake order late, the team at Tippsy made every effort to make things right. Some of the lateness was due to UPS and the enormous shipping volume this company had during the Holidays this year. This was no fault of Tippsy. However, there was a shipping department error on the initial order and this made necessary, the 2nd shipment, which arrived very late. I understand that mistakes happen. Eventually I received my order, being very frustrated, I asked for a refund and requested call tags to return the product. I had already found gift alternatives to these Sake sets. Within 24 hours, I received an email from Tippsy customer service showing that a full refund had already been issued and a message saying to keep the Sake and an apology for the whole mess. I could not believe it. This was more than generous. I did not think I would ever order from Tippsy again, but because they responded to my refund request this way, I will for sure order from Tippsy in the future. I cannot comment of the quality of the Sake at this time but their customer service is 5 stars.”
