“Tippsy itself seems like a good business, website was easy to navigate with a great amount of choices. I didn’t initially receive a confirmation email or tracking information until I reached out to them but I understand sometimes things get missed so thats not really a big deal. What changes is the delivery services they chose. They decided to use a regional service that is one of the lowest rated, uncommunicative, and just frustrating services that based off what i have read has multiple AG complaints levied towards them. The choice to use this service has increased delivery time and theres no way to get in contact with them to figure out issues with my package. Its a bad choice and unfortunately taints the concept of easy ordering and makes it more of a hassle than just acquiring the sake myself through other services or other businesses. Tippsy website, customer support 7-8.5/10 , delivery process 2/10.”

“Tippsy is great, I found them at the start of the lockdowns. They have a wonderful selection, the curated boxes and sets are interesting and have shown me some new things, and their customer service is impeccable. I'd happily recommend them to anyone (and have!).”

“What can I say about Tippsy…? They have made the most sacred alcoholic beverage easily available to people living in the US. Sake is not like wine or any other beverage. It is crafted with love and incredible attention to detail and that is felt in the mind body and soul when drinking each glass. Sake is also fermented with koji which has tremendous health benefits. I will certainly never drink wine again! Tippsy also gives excellent customer service and it shows that they love what they do. They are very helpful and communicative with their customers. Bottom line… I feel very grateful that Tippsy exists and appreciate the gift that they give. There are so many varieties of sake to choose from at very good prices. It is so much fun to find the sakes which are the most beneficial and tasty. The subtleties of each sake are not just in the flavor profiles but also in how they make one feel and increase one’s happiness. There is no other alcoholic beverage in the world that does this as all other fermented beverages and liquors just seem to make one feel ‘unbalanced’ or ‘drunk.’ Sake increases joy and overall love of life. I would recommend them to anyone I meet!!! Many thanks🙏”

“I've always loved a good junmai daiginjo so was thrilled to find Tippsy and the subscription box. I loved everything in my first box, but the sparkling was somewhat disappointing. I can't wait for my next box, and have already ordered multiple bottles of my favorites!”
