29 inch grapple for jd hook and pin did not fit upon arrival. Top hook welded in wrong position. Emailed customer service with no response.

Product is decent quality. I got charged for shipping even tho it was supposed to be free shipping. The shipping company did not call to set up a delivery day or time. They called the morning they delivered stating they were on my road and could not find my place. Once they found it they left the item in the road at the end of my driveway. I have photos of it sitting in the road. Anyone could have ran into it or taken it. I was never notified that he actually delivered it. I got home and saw it sitting there.

First, I only got 1 fork from a three-piece set. Second, Then a week or so later I got another piece of the three-piece set, BUT it was the Wrong Size so had to call Customer service to get the correct fork sent out. To set up return the incorrect fork back to Titan Corp. Third, Still waiting on the frame to come. Was told by a customer rep it would be sent out on Jan 30-2023. Guess we will see

Delivery driver couldn't get attachment off the truck. Landscape rake was poor quailty. Hydraulic lines leaked almost every bolt was loose on the unit and the fwd roller doesn't roll. something is binding it up. Wouldn't buy again.

The implement was fine but came with no clinch pins and the pins were coarse thread. Made it difficult to use out of the box.

Very disappointed in the quality of paint job and willingness to rectify. Imagine if the world got to a place where we sold inferior products and we all simply gave back 5%?

As stated before. I ordered 48 inch forks and received 42 inch forks. This has not been resolved at this time.

All you need to do is read my email correspondence with your Customer Service (prior to my order being processed) to learn why I will never do business with your company again and encourage friends and family to stay away from your company also!

I ordered a frame and 42" pallet forks. The initial response was great, with the frame arriving in a very short time. However, the forks were not delivered, and I had to call to figure out that they were being shipped separately. When they arrived a couple weeks later, the two forks were different sizes (one 42", one 48"). After calling again and sending a photo of the forks, another week has passed and I'm still awaiting further info on returning the incorrect fork and when the correct fork will be delivered.

concept is great and worked well the first time, but bent on the second wire pull with no real reason. Wasn't hit, didn't get caught up it was just a long pull. My son will try to heat it up and bend it back. too much money spent to have to bend it back after second pull.

No Parts! I was a Titan fan until an hour into mowing the rear wheel shaft snaped off, I've contacted Titan multiple time about a replacement offered to pay for it even know I think it is a bad part. just get lip service! they are offering the same Brush Hog on sale so I'm guessing they have the part. I've bought multiple things from Titan I'm done! Extremely disappointed!

The delivery took two weeks. The trolley arrived short of parts and when I contacted customer service they said they would send the new part. 3 emails later they said they couldn’t access the part and upper Mgt. said to give a refund. I told the fellow that just send another new one but he said that was not an option and gave me a refund. I’m going to a machine shop and they are going to make me the part. I should of just bought another trolley online and probably a gantry crane from another supplier.

Can't get it running and assembly instructions are non existent. Was told by customer service to request assistance through warranty claim portal. This could be avoided with complete assembly instructions especially wiring configuration.

Forks came a week later Top of frame doesn’t fit John Deere like it should my welder can fix it Wish I had bought forks at John Deere store

The product is fine but the shipping process is the reason for the 2 star rating. It took my initial order, two replacement orders and a month to receive my purchase. The only reason it was delivered on the third order was the delivery man recognized my address and knowing I was a tractor guy put two-and-two together by the exposed John Deere green visible through the missing and damaged packaging. Otherwise he said it was their policy to NOT deliver items with so damaged packaging. I had to initiate each contact when tracking updates stopped and an obvious problem existed. Titan needs to fix the manner in which this item is packaged for shipment. Yes it would appear to cost more initially but it won't be forever lost in shipment nor the cost of replacement orders.
