Took a long time for shipping. Hydraulic fittings leak, the blade cams over really easy.

Forks didn't fit my skid steer. Return process difficult and there is a 20 percent restocking fee

Not titans fault. FedEx scratched the equipment up pretty bad and it’s not really worth the hassle of returning it

The lower spears have a set screw to keep them tight onto the frame but they do not do so. Even if you crank them down. Also, the spears are threaded but the frame is not. This is not acceptable. I would NOT recommend this product.

Product arrived missing parts. Contact a customer service for replacement and they could not provide. Instructed me to go to the store and purchase and they would reimburse for the cost of the part. My time is worth $210 an hour. That's what I make per day per hour. The company refused to reimburse for my time to replace their simple small part that they can easily stock. Packaging with subpar for something that weighs 150 lb. Wrapped in cardboard with two metal bands around it. FedEx had to repackage the shipment and I'm assuming this is when the pins were lost. I was planning to buy other items through Titan but can't imagine what ordering a larger item from them would be like and having to deal with finding replacement parts. Buyer beware.

I ordered an 8' back blade. The blade arrived without lift arm pins. I cannot find replacements locally that have an M-20 thread and Titan still has not sent replacements. I cannot use the blade till I receive these pins. Please help

Got the attachments in good shape, only problem is that the grapple bucket had 4 missing grease zerks and the front hoe had 2 missing, kinda disappointing

Paid an additional fee for heavy shipment, delivery was delayed and equipment was delivered on undersized and busted pallet.

Placing an order was easy. The ballast box I received was defective. the paint on the interior bottom of the ballast box was peeling off a large section exposing the bare metal with light surface rust. It was obvious that the paint did not adhere to the metal. The metal was either not prepped properly or was wet when the paint was applied. The defective paint should have been identified during a quality inspection (if one was performed). This box should never have been shipped. After submitting a warranty claim, I have been going back and forth with Titan Attachments trying to reach a satisfactory resolution. The process has drug on much longer than it should have because the initial compensation offer was based on 10% of the value of the box, not on what it would actually cost Titan Attachments to have the defective box shipped back and a new box shipped to me. I am very dissatisfied with paint quality and the warranty claim process.

I bought a bale Speer for my tractor. My tractor is a 4035 Mihindra. It has what is said to be a standard skid steer type front mount on the loader. The bale Speer would not line up with the bottom locking pins. I had to cut the mount holes wider to allow room for the locking pins to go through. Wasn’t a bad problem but one I didn’t expect.

as of today 1- 15 -2023 I have NOT received what I bought. The first shipment was wrong as well as the replacement that was sent. I'm still waiting to get the right order. I hope to receive what I bought soon, and I will change the review Thanks Larry

Unable to deliver due to lack of box truck. Really? Last time I ordered from Titan, for the same shipping address it was not an issue. What changed? I’ll take my $$$ elsewhere I guess.

I haven't tried it yet but I wrote customer service asking for advice because it wouldn't fit my bucket. Still waiting for a response and it likes a couple days being a week. A friend who stopped by who is a welder answered my question and now I have no warranty because I had to grind welds down to make it fit my bucket. I decided if I ruined it it would be less expensive than sending it back. Thanks Titan. Appreciate the 12 to 24 hour response your website stated that you would get back to me. I will have to be pretty desperate to purchase from you again.
