I ordered a complete set of pallet forks and was aware that they were back ordered. Well before the estimated ship date I received an email saying that my order was shipping. FedEx delivered the forks only with no frame. I contacted Titan to be sure that I ordered correctly and that the frame would be coming. I was told that the frame was back ordered, but would ship when back in stock. A day or two later I received an email from Titan offering the same set of forks for $100. less than I had paid. I would like to see Titan better communicate what is happening with orders and NOT offer the same product at a significant discount, that a customer has been waiting for due to a back order. I’m happy with the Titan pallet forks but feel that the service/communication needs improvement.

Arrived with significant damage. One corner of the table was crushed and bent with the spot welds having been popped. Paint in this area was also flaking off. All the table edges and divider had numerous bends in them. The rubber mat was deeply scored and actually cut through in one place. Return policy makes getting a replacement unaffordable. Quite disappointed.

I’ve had this pallet fork with clamp sitting in drive for over week. It’s unusable due to missing pin. Tried to call text and message but never got official fix I’m aware of. Local places RK,TS have don’t have pins so here it sits unless I fab something which defeats the principle.

Solid construction but very poor quick-attach fit. Required modifications, cutting and welding, to attach to Case skid-steer and New Holland wheel tractor. I had previously purchased a weld-on quick-attach plate for a hay spear which fit both machines perfectly., so I was surprised and disappointed. Also, the item had been scratched deeply after painting by what appeared to be mishandling with pallet forks. This damage could have been done by the courier.

The middle row plow or buster whatever it is called broke the very first day in DiRT only. The frame bent. The box arrived with only 1 bolt, no nuts, no washers, nothing else. Pretty poor QA and poor product.

Why send the bolts without the nuts? Parts list did not list the bolts and nuts separately.

I checked, and then double checked to make sure this forks would fit my tractor and loader they assured me that they would both of the pins on the bottom of the frame or off 3/4 of an inch both ways I had to have a welder come out and grind them out of there, and re-weld both pins This cost me an additional $250.00 which I’m sure I’ll never recover next time I’ll just buy local

Waited 3 weeks for these to come, and in the meantime the price dropped $100. Titan wouldn't match the lower price since it's based on when the item is ordered vs when it ships/arrives. Totally stinks!

I'm giving this two stars because they would not honor a selling price, they changed the selling price twice in one week, while I was dealing with a sell person and once I paid, they decide to drop the price even more and I went to ask for the new sell price that was less than 24 hour they would not honor it, I'v bought several items and this was the worst deal, At this point, I'll probably never buy again,

Customer service was great but product was disappointing, pictures made it look very strong and sturdy but the materials are thin and the top has so much flex you can't put parts or tools by the edges.

Forks are great what they mount on not so great. Bent here and there and weld on top bar let go.

The order was for a 3-point posthole digging attachment and a 9" auger. The website from which it was order said everything was in stock. Excellent shipping experience on the auger which arrived earlier than expected. Very poor shipping on the main body of the order, the actual posthole digging attachment. Pickup from the warehouse was delayed. UPS was listed as the shipping provider but when it was finally shipped it was through a company called Tforce. The shipment came to within 60 miles of my property in about a week which is normal. Tforce then advised me that they wouldn't be able to deliver for a little over a week more but I could come to their warehouse and pick it up. I still have not received the main part of my order.

Looks like it should work. However, it arrived both rusted and dinged up, with multiple areas of flaking paint.

The tooth bar arrived promptly but was missing half of the installation bolts, nuts, and washers. In addition, the bar is warped and does not lie flat.

Item came defective. Holes that were drilled didn’t line up to assemble the subsoiler. Notified warranty team a week ago and still haven’t heard anything back for a replacement or solution.
