Arrived weeks late, with parts missing and large scratches and paint missing all over. Titan said it was delayed due to weather but the freight company said it was misrouted and that they were unable to locate it. I live off grid and needed my order to arrive on time so I could use it to get out of my home and driveway but had to pay to have someone help me due to the amount of snow we received. Was not happy. Titan did give a small refund and is supposed to be sending me the missing parts. Overall I was not totally pleased. I felt they could of done better to please their customer.

One of the Qiock Attach plates plates was not properly aligned when welded and would not align with a standard John Deere Quick Attach. I had to have it cut and rewelded. They did provide a refund for the cost of the correction but I would have rather had a properly build and QC'd product from the start.

The universal skid steer style quick attach system does not work with my Case 1845C universal skid steer style quick attach. I'm going to have to modify the latch plate to make it work. Otherwise, the unit looks well-built.

no manual shipped with the mower so i made a few missteps until i could download the mower manual. there is no reference in the manual as to the grade of bolt to be used for shear bolt on pto shaft.

The part received is sturdy and seems to be well-made, but the packaging must have been really insufficient because it arrived with a ton of chips in the coating down to the blasted substrate. Funny thing is tho, the box wasn't in that bad of shape... I work in the coatings industry; the part looked like there was no primer on the steel and the super-thick topcoat never wetted the substrate so there is a tiny gap between the steel and paint. It's already really rusted and I have had it a week. Not really excited about having to strip it and do it all myself. No response from customer service either so I am done with Titan after this.

I ordered the wrong part and wanted to return and purchase correct part. The return costs 20% restocking fee and I would have to pay and set up shipping on a 200 lb part. I will try to sell the part for a smaller loss

Hello Perry, we apologize for any inconvenience. We offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. However, as stated in our return policy, Titan will offer a refund of your original purchase price minus the restocking fee within 30 days of your delivery date.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over the return cost as it is being paid to the carrier. 2 stars only because the attachment does not fit my mahindra 1626. The pin slots need opened up about a 1/2 inch on both sides. Price and service were good so far. Haven't used the parts yet ( because they don't fit ).

This is a VERY good product,heavy and well built,,but...cheap chinese hardware and NO INSTRUCTIONS as EVERYONE keeps telling you. Even a simple photo would do.. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS !!

The shipping process and communication was horrible. I was told I would have the shipment within 2 weeks. I did receive 1 skid of a 2 skid shipment on-time, but had to wait another 3 weeks to receive the other part of the shipment. I had numerous phone calls and emails wasting a lot of my time when I could have simply went with another company for this product. I was never offered a discount for all the issues. I will not purchase from Titan again.

Economy 60" fork set arrived quickly, was super excited to get it installed and try it out. Unfortunately, there is a collar for the top quick attach bale spike that sticks out the back and hits the plate on my quick attach skid steer style lift on my tractor. With it sticking out, it won't let the plate sit flat to be able to attach it and lock it in. I called, waited and was told that I have to talk to warranty. Warranty emailed me and has been giving me the run around ever since.

Parts are difficult to get and in some cases extremely over priced. You can get a set of 4 outer tines for around $44.00 but try and get inner tines and they are $20.00 each. Imagine if you had to replace just 20 and it would cost almost the price of the entire rake.

The way it was shipped is very poor a heavy Piece of steel wrapped in cardboard does not Hold up in transit the shipping label got trashed Which delayed delivery .

Not happy “free shipping” costs $75. FYI, this borders on deceptive marketing practices. Ask your lawyers about it. No usable manuals were supplied with the machine. Also, the machine does not run. A usable service manual should include how to check and adjust specifications like blade clearance, belt tension and basics like tire pressures. I have not had any resolution from Titan. The one service rep that I have communicated with can only do so much if Titan does not supply them with the proper training and information.

I ordered a complete set of pallet forks and was aware that they were back ordered. Well before the estimated ship date I received an email saying that my order was shipping. FedEx delivered the forks only with no frame. I contacted Titan to be sure that I ordered correctly and that the frame would be coming. I was told that the frame was back ordered, but would ship when back in stock. A day or two later I received an email from Titan offering the same set of forks for $100. less than I had paid. I would like to see Titan better communicate what is happening with orders and NOT offer the same product at a significant discount, that a customer has been waiting for due to a back order. I’m happy with the Titan pallet forks but feel that the service/communication needs improvement.

Arrived with significant damage. One corner of the table was crushed and bent with the spot welds having been popped. Paint in this area was also flaking off. All the table edges and divider had numerous bends in them. The rubber mat was deeply scored and actually cut through in one place. Return policy makes getting a replacement unaffordable. Quite disappointed.
