Overall, the product is great. The shipping process is horrible. Not until after the forks showed up did I get clarification that the main frame was in fact on back order and wouldnt be showing up until later. This also required getting a hold of customer service over the course of a couple days to even find this out. It shouldn't take 4+ emails a day to know the status of my order, being sent in multiple packages or not. It should be one email, sent at the time of a change in tracking status THATS IT. Heck half the emails got sent to my junk folder due to being sent so many of them. This is far from the first order I've placed with Titan and haven't had this kind of shipping experience prior. Hopefully it can be fixed so I can continue to place orders for my tractor equipment.

The order was delivered late. Worst of all I had to pay a worker $75 to grind the locking pin on the Frame as it was cocked about a 1/8" too high. The Fedex delivery people and the help desk all tried their best to provide support.

Does not sit level. It is wobbly. Drawer doesn't slide very smooth.

While I eventually received my order, it was a split delivery and there was no way to know what or when my delivery was coming. The website was terrible, since it only listed the base order without details!! It was over 20 days after when promised. Since they were heavy, it was difficult moving the first delivery without the second. Not a good experience!

A bit disappointed, When I received my order I was not informed that I would only receive the forks, then a month later received the frame. It arrived with a lot of the paint scratched off. Had to paint it again myself so it wouldn't rust! The whole process was pretty sloppy!

Very disappointed in the customer support. I purchased the 72" spin harrow and rake and on the website, it said NO ASSEMBLY NEEDED. That is a lie!! There is A LOT of assembly needed. To top it off you have to go to the website and print off the so-called manual. It is just a diagram like the one that comes with the harrow. Totally useless. I searched for YouTube videos for any info and could not find any. Finally got the harrow put together and on the 3 point hitch on the tractor and tried it out and the rake did not touch the ground. We tried many different adjustments but nothing has worked. I contacted customer service and was advised to contact the Warranty Team via email. Does no one talk on the phone anymore??? I can not believe that the company has no instruction manual or video on how to put the harrow and rake together. When I emailed the Warranty team I did get a response asking for a video of the harrow and rake in action. I tried to send one but it would not upload. I asked for a phone call but of course, that did not happen. It seems that I am left to fend for my own and am stuck with a rake that does not work. Not happy at all!

The product was great but shipping was horrible it took over 2 weeks longer than they said to get the frame in and I had to call to check the status on shipment need to have better communication when something is going to be later than was originally stated

Sturdy enough to do the job. The quality of craftsmanship isn’t high. Most of the wire mesh sticks out on the edges causing cut hazards for your hands and totes. I had to hammer all the tips down flush to the shelf edges so they didn’t scratch or rip anything. They should have been tack welded on the ends. The product also doesn’t fit across standard 16 joist spacing for anchoring to the ceiling. Sizes should be 32 or 48 inches. At 36 inches the rack supports dont hang straight. I opted to use lag bolts to mount the footings into ceiling joists instead of the anchor bolts they provided. I didn’t trust them, seems like those are better for cement anchoring. For the cost I probably should have opted to make hanging shelves with wood instead.

The delivery of the center section was delayed, but not significantly. The FedEx driver who dropped off the forks said the center section was too heavy for a van delivery, but it arrived in a van 2 days after the forks. The delivery driver really struggled to get it out of the van though. The center section paint was beaten up from shipping and part of the logo had been scraped off during shipping, but the attachment looked heavily built enough that no serious damage had occurred. My biggest complaint is with the sliding of the forks. It appears that the upper plate, which holds the forks, was welded on out of square, with the bottom (of the top plate) sticking out further than the top. Because of this, the forks bind as you try to slide them left and right on the center section and the forks don't seem to fully seat on the top plate. It can be made to slide with a significant effort (kicking & cursing), but the forks have already scraped away paint in a few areas. I held a straight edge against the bottom and top plates to ensure it wasn't the fork. You can see a decent gap at the top of the top plate (meaning it's not square with the bottom plate), however, I cannot attach photos with this review. I'll likely need to grind a portion of the top plate in order for the forks to slide over them more easily.

I'm still waiting for a response from customer service on my damaged packages. The email was sent on Tue 4/4/2023. I received an automated email saying Titan is experiencing an unusual amount of support requests.

The stump grinder I ordered was poorly crated and shipped with damages. This was obvious due to the aged damages. There was fresh damage due to the crate falling apart and something having been set or dropped on top of it. The grinder also had loose and improperly torqued hardware. It's a good thing I checked all nuts, bolts and anything that could be improperly assembled. I have purchased items from Titan in the past and unfortunately have had similar issues. I feel Titan has some good products and with better quality control Titan would have a happier customer.

I purchased a quick hitch and the bushings for my JD 1025r. When I drop the hitch it will not release from the box blade. I contacted the warranty and all is done by email. The warranty department's fix for this is for me to do is alter the bushings so it releases and they will offer some kind of a refund. I think there is something wrong with the quick hitch but cannot talk to anyone to discuss all done with emails. This is poor customer service for me and others that have problems with products. I understand things happen but come on at least have a phone number for problems and not emails only. Thanks. Johnnie Sklar 713 569 4315

I fasten the rake to the bucket and it kept coming loose sliding around on the bucket and if I had turned it upside down it would have fallen off there are two dense in my bucket now where I tightened it down using a wrench or a hammer would not recommend this product

Salesperson Jeremy was not totally honest with me when I ordered my grapple. Said it would fit my John Deere 1025R but the fittings were too big 1/2 inch instead of 3/8 and now I have to spend $2700 on an additional hydraulic system to handle the grapple. He should have made me aware of the additional things I needed and the size of the fitting.
