I fasten the rake to the bucket and it kept coming loose sliding around on the bucket and if I had turned it upside down it would have fallen off there are two dense in my bucket now where I tightened it down using a wrench or a hammer would not recommend this product

Salesperson Jeremy was not totally honest with me when I ordered my grapple. Said it would fit my John Deere 1025R but the fittings were too big 1/2 inch instead of 3/8 and now I have to spend $2700 on an additional hydraulic system to handle the grapple. He should have made me aware of the additional things I needed and the size of the fitting.

Box was damaged and hitch was scratched up !had to re drill for roll pins because of poor work man ship .

All the parts came separate and late. They have not emailed me back yet as I am missing many parts for my backhoe attachment to make it work. I need multiple expensive pins. I will change my review once I hear back and actually have the pins in hand. I should not have to go through this much hassle purchasing something online! Not to mention the bad scratches all over it. I let that slide as I'll put some on I'm sure working with it. Smh

Clearly mfg’d overseas. Excessive powder coating, poor craftsmanship (angles and structure inconsistent. Had to use a dead hammer and small sledge to get the quick attach to fit and lock onto both my Kubota skid and tractor. I feel over time as coating wears down and some of the steel molds to fit. It will be useful. I would say you get what you pay for. Cheap $ means cheap construction.

Parts were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, they were not made correctly and will not attach to my tractor. Customer service is being very slow to correct this situation.

My grapple came quickly but it didn’t fit my tractor. The pins for the quick connect John Deere or over a quarter of an inch maybe even 3/8 of an inch too wide so I had to get the grinder out and grind the side of the pins off and now just barely fits. Then I went to hook up the hydraulics my tractor has two female couplers and the grapple came with one male and one female coupler so I spent three hours going around town to find another male coupler that would fit it. I still haven’t had a chance to use it but it does open and close. But the Cupler I bought has a hydraulic leak so I tightened it down and I still haven’t had a chance to see if it is sealed up not leaking.

It didn't come when it was supposed to - during shipping they took a turn to a state in the opposite direction and then finally got back on course to our state. Our address is in Wisconsin and it first went to North Carolina. When we finally got here it was difficult to slide on tractor bucket because of arch in teeth due to manufacturing defect.

This skid steer hitch front loader attachment adapter come to me all scratched up and I paid new price for it I have bought several pieces from titan attachments and a bunch of it was scratch and dent which I was expecting it to be scratched up a little but I bought this for the new price and I guess I expected it to be perfect but I was disappointed with the condition it was in but it functioned great used it and love it but it should have been sold as Scratch and dent if you look me up I have 11 pieces of titan attachments and they all have served me well but I have a bad taste in my mouth on this one and one more this one not being sold as Scratch and dent and just my luck I just looked and there is one on the sight Scratch and dent for 23% off and the only other thing is when I purchased my 60 hp post hole digger it was supposed to be free delivery/shipping and I was charged $75 when the sight had free shipping on all attachments that was not right I should have been paying attention but I didn't but I put trust in titan equipment brand but it was kind of snuck in there at the end hope to hear back from you on this like I said love the brand everything works well just don't like being played with when I plan to buy several more pieces in the future if this issue is handled correctly thanks

The material is heavy that’s good, until I realized the thumb does not fold up, it has to be taken off when not in use. A little more tuna at the drawing board & this would have been a great foldable thumb,

The manner in which the attachment was packaged for shipping was poor. It arrived with the bubble wrap and cardboard shredded. Item had chips on the paint with rust areas everywhere.

Order was placed on back order and the date was extended 2 times till finally no date could be given when i would recieve my order but i was billed in full from time of purchase called to cancel the order and still waiting on titan to send return labels for parts of the order that was sent so i can get my refund

I ordered a log grapple for my 3039R with a 320R loader The grapple mounting plate is supposed to be a match to the hook and pin quick attach on the loader.It doesn’t and isn’t what I would call close to fitting. I have contacted titan but things have not been resolved in what I feel is a timely matter. I sent them a video of the problem and still waiting to hear from them .Getting very disgusted with the process .. I will not purchase from titan again.Lesson learned on my part.

Replacement item was short length like the 1st item Received a 6 Ft land leveler grader blade. It was 69" instead of 72". We were sent a 6 Ft replacement land leveler grader blade and it was 69" instead of 72". I had specifically told the person to verify that it was 72". Your website specifies that it is 72". Shipment of the original equipment, hay grapple, was horrible. At delivery, the product was damaged in several areas and even upside down in the truck and leaking hydraulic fluid. The grapple was refused, not unloaded. I conveyed this to customer/support service through email and phone conversation, they apparently could not understand I did not have the grapple. A Fed Ex truck was sent to my home to retrieve the grapple I did not have. I did get a replacement which was in good condition.
