“Can't get it running and assembly instructions are non existent. Was told by customer service to request assistance through warranty claim portal. This could be avoided with complete assembly instructions especially wiring configuration.”

“The product is fine but the shipping process is the reason for the 2 star rating. It took my initial order, two replacement orders and a month to receive my purchase. The only reason it was delivered on the third order was the delivery man recognized my address and knowing I was a tractor guy put two-and-two together by the exposed John Deere green visible through the missing and damaged packaging. Otherwise he said it was their policy to NOT deliver items with so damaged packaging. I had to initiate each contact when tracking updates stopped and an obvious problem existed. Titan needs to fix the manner in which this item is packaged for shipment. Yes it would appear to cost more initially but it won't be forever lost in shipment nor the cost of replacement orders.”

“Every hose on the bucket was loose, the female coupler was junk after the first bucket full. Overall i am happy with the construction of the bucket but I'm disappointed with the worksmanship on assembly.”

“I had to reorder the item. It got here the second time. The quality of the auger is good and the price was fair. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had to reorder.”

“When I ordered it was back ordered. Item ended up arriving shortly after ordering. The shipping process could use improvement. Titan told me I’d get a phone call to arrange for delivery. That never happened and shipper just left it on the street. I know that’s the shipping company issue but Titan provided wrong information. Titan also did not package it and item arrived very beat up, like did I buy this used??”

“Shipping crate was a mess. Equipment all scratched up and some gouging but useable. Worst instructions ever. No specs for PTO pump. No 3pt. stabilizers at all. Then 2weeks later they run a sale on it. A competitor has that hoe for 800.00 less with a pump. Buyer beware.”

“Customer service doesn't appear concerned about resolving issues. My item was missing several parts and was bent. Sent in all requested documents, pictures and part numbers. Have been waiting over a week for a response that they said would take 2-3 days to be resolved.”

“The forks did not come with the shipment. I purchased the equipment with the forks and they have not arrived. I asked the delivery person if there was anything else in the truck and he said no. Not very useful without the forks. Please let me know when they will be delivered.”

“My order was damaged during shipment. Your customer service representative told me Titan would reimburse me a partial refund of $150.00 which would be credited to the credit card I made the purchase with. No refund has been credited yet and it's been a week. No one responds to my emails concerning this matter. Please contact me ASAP Timothy Goodell 9167518160”

“Second order in a row that fedex destroyed, this time there are parts lying on the ground outside. There were no instructions at all. I found an online manual and there are zero instructions on how to mount to the cieling. These racks are poorly made and not flat , straight either.”

“Lost my package in transit, then found my package, then told me it was going to be delivered on a certain day, then delivery never happened. No call to explain, no call to reschedule. Had to pick it up. All of this cost me business and revenue and added to the overall expense.”

“My order arrived with the box totally ripped apart and taped back together so that FeEx could even deliver it! I still do not know if all of the components are there or if the product it’s self is damaged! I am taking photos to document my sisuation!!!”
