The product itself would be rated a 5 star. My reason for the low rating (2 stars) is the shipping charge. Don't advertise your stuff as free shipping, then charge me for shipping.

Too many emails for two sets of Forks. Why can't the sets come together like when we ordered them before. Also they need to be enforced in places better. Have product control contact us and we will show them what we do.

Nicely build back hoe bucket. But will need to install bushings for My Kioti 2610 back hoe to use it, plus some additional welding/cutting for the lower narrower second attachment. Also top wider bushing on inside will need to be cut off and put on outside or not used

Still waiting on a response to the problem had with my order that was received on Nov 25. I sent photos and what I think are the missing components. I hope to hear something soon.

This product, from scratch and dent, was neither scratched or dented. I suspect it was a return item that was sent back after a customer took advantage of titan. Simple. Order first one. Accidentally bend part. Order second one. Take parts off second one. Call titan saying it was shipped without parts. Return item with missing parts. Get money back. Now titan served the bad customer and screwed the good one. Do me a favor and send the two studs that are missing. I’m willing to pay a reasonable price for them

Sales person said I would have the pallet forks in one week... that were in stocks. It took almost 3 weeks to to receive them!!! Unacceptable!!

Parts shipped from two locations without informing me .... this led to late delivery .... when I called in to acquire when the rest would arrive the girl said to call the delivery company ... they were unreachable. Delivery was finally made when I was away for the holidays. Not cool. This is my third and last purchase from Titan.

The attachment did not fit. Welds we’re about 1/4 off. Took pictures and submitted it. No answer from company. Still have hay fork that is unusable.

Wasnt impressed with how my shipping went. Wasnt impressed how my bale spears showed up 2 weeks before my frame came and how my spears came with dings and chipped paint.

Delivery was terrible! Driver dropped the carriage and damaged an exhaust pipe for my generator.

Our order was delivered to Springfield, IL and their order was delivered to us. We had to do all the leg work to get it re routed thru Fed Ex Ground and delivered which took an additional 4 days. A little disappointing since we were on vacation and had planned on using this attachment.

The 155FLAIL 60" mower I purchased just before Thanksgiving. When the product arrives there are no instructions in the crate. The attachments and assembly parts are INSIDE the housing of the mower and this is not apparent until you hoist up the mower to remove from crate. The pamphlets that are included in the crate do not provide the full instructions to the mower. Those can only be found online. INCLUDING how to fill the gear case for the mower. Upon inspecting the website for instructions (while the mower is still in the crate) I notice that Titan put the mower on sale for $600 cheaper than what I bought it for. BUYER BEWARE that Titan will NOT honor reductions in price unless YOU catch it 24 hours after purchase BEFORE you even receive the mower. I approached customer service multiple times, only to be told this policy is to be enforced. I say find somewhere else to purchase your equipment.

Freight carriers stated that their delivery personnel are instructed to only deliver items at the consignee's curb side as part of their policy as to avoid causing property damages with their Freight Trucks. I`ve bought a handful of items from here over the years. Most recent item was a receiver hitch that could be mounted to a bucket. It`s made very terribly and not constructed well. The washer on the screw immediately broke off and then then it impossible to get tight enough to keep it from twisting in the bucket.

Does not fit properly. I'm going to have to ream the hole out on my loader or grind down the pin on the forks.

The top link pin wasn’t sent. Your customer service person said I would need to send the entire unit back instead of just sending the pin. I needed to use the hitch so I bought one here.
