The unit came with many places with the paint scraped off. This was from shipping. The unit was not protected at all in a box or anything. Would like to be reimbursed for cost to recoat

I was really impressed with the speed of delivery, however, when I received what I thought was a new pallet forks, the frame was scratched up pretty bad to wear in some places down to metal. I called in and she said send pictures of it and they would get back with me to let me know what they would do. Several days later I called back. They still have not called or emailed me. Sorry to say, I'm disappointed

Im not rating the attachment poor, its a nice attachment. I am rating the service poor. my attachement was shipped and bent during shipping. i contacted support and they offered me $25 which is an insult becuase they are selling a dent/scratched one on the site for about $150 less than retail. Poor Service.

The shipping was super confusing T force says they would make an appointment and UPS freight said another Well T Force bought UPS freight and T force does not make an appointment before trying to deliver Surprise

Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have ordered several times from your company. And I’ve always been happy. I also understand shipping isn’t always your problem once it leaves your location. But in tracking my product I was told I was going to get it on a Friday, 7 October. The tracking said it was out for delivery etc. Long story, I did not receive it for almost a week later. And then when I received it two of the support arms for the implement were bent terribly. I took pictures and sent in an email I got a response they receive the email but I’ve heard nothing later almost a week. That’s very frustrating.

Forks didn't fit onto the bracket. When I tried contacting Tech Support, they couldn't simply send me the specifications, so I knew whether to reduce the gap on the bracket or expand the distance on the forks. I sent multiple photos trying to explain the simplest of problems - the forks wouldn't slide to the left or right from the entry point in the center. The last straw was a request for a quotation to repair their defective equipment. I cleaned up the welds on the forks and moved on.

The shipper left my order laying on the ground under my mailbox. My mailbox is almost a 1/4 mile from my house. I have signs pointing the way to my house. Anyone could have gotten it. My wife came home early and found it. I do not know who the shipper was, but I was very disappointed.

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement order was keyed and the last of the 2 parts that were missing were tagged delivered on 03/25. Thank you very much for the opportunity to correct this for you and thank you very much for your patience as we work constantly to improve our services so errors like this are reduced to 0.

I purchased the 4000 lbs. pallet fork plate and before it was delivered to me (still in transit) it went on sale. I called customer service and asked if they would honor the sale price and reimburse me the difference. They said NO! Bad customer service

The attachment is heavy duty. The first was returned because it was loose on the tractor and skid steer quick attach. You would think after this the replacement I received would be correct. Nope, one side fit like it should and the other side is loose like the previous one. Someone needs to fire the quality control inspector.

I was very disappointed that this was advertised to fit with Bobcat quick attach and it does not fit. I have now discovered that it is a known problem that Titan advertises this item to work but it absolutely is not made to work with it. If only I had discovered this before purchase.

Hi Holly, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. We make attachments to fit the largest amount of machines as possible including a Bobcat. We highly suggest that you file a warranty claim as they can assist and figure out a resolution.

Arrived in three separate pieces, the base arrived 2 weeks later very scratched up as it was not wrapped. All the shipping stickers were placed in locations that will require goo-gone to remove. FedEx s Ground was horrible, I concluded that it was because the shipping label was so scratched up and unreadable that it delayed the shipping. I had to place a trace on it, I think that’s the only reason I ever did receive it. Titan did give a $50 refund for what is now a scratch and dent model. Thanks for throwing a bone. I will take future purchase elsewhere.

FedEx usually still deliver shipments if the shipping label was damaged as they can replace the label. Also, we make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. My sincere apologies again. Still, we value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit and also to improve transit times. First off my grapple is very well built but wouldn’t recommend titan as they do not have repair kits for the cylinders on their equipment. Mine failed so tried to buy kits but none. Then figure just buy new ones and they sent wrong ones. Then charged me $99 shipping to return them. I still need new ones but afraid to order (they wouldn’t exchange) because they might not be right and can’t afford to ship back again.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that the Replacement Cylinder that was recommended was based on the Grapple that you have sent a photo of on your initial inquiry. My apologies as we do not have a exchange option, only a replacement for the same item on your order if the item arrived damaged or if it's lost in transit.

I received my pine straw rake. The delivery was delayed in NC, then showed up and left on my porch with the box destroyed, taped back together, and missing many of the rake components. I contacted Titan to get the replacement parts, and I was told it will be several months before the missing parts can be shipped to me. The rake is useless for this fall season without the missing parts.

Ordered my item one evening and received an email letting me know it was on sale the next morning but no offer to honor the sale price and every exchange with customer service was met with a response that seemed to not care at all about my experience. The item came in fine, but I'm glad I was dealing with an item under $100 and not one of the more expensive purchases I'm still shopping for.

Fast shipping arrived in good shape but could not use for the scheduled weekend because the included drive shaft did not fit the tractor or the wood chipper. Sent a video to customer service to verify the issue last Friday 7 OCT 22 and did not hear anything back until today 10 OCT 22 asking me to send the video (again). Still haven’t been able to use the piece of equipment since delivery on 6 OCT 22.
