I`ve bought a handful of items from here over the years. Most recent item was a receiver hitch that could be mounted to a bucket. It`s made very terribly and not constructed well. The washer on the screw immediately broke off and then then it impossible to get tight enough to keep it from twisting in the bucket.

Does not fit properly. I'm going to have to ream the hole out on my loader or grind down the pin on the forks.

The top link pin wasn’t sent. Your customer service person said I would need to send the entire unit back instead of just sending the pin. I needed to use the hitch so I bought one here.

On some cases, we can issue a full replacement and a return if the part that is missing cannot be sourced or there are no spares to key, however, I do understand that an alternative solution could've been offered in your case. There seemed to be confusion between the finance and customer service departments. I talked to four different customer service professionals. Three of them were helpful, polite and professional (the other one basically told me that if I didn't fill out the tax exemption form the way that the finance department said - which was to falsify my business/farm address - then Titan could not do business with me. We had problems with approval of the farm tax exemption form that almost resulted in me taking my business elsewhere, but ultimately we were able to work with Titan to get things ironed out.

Hi Rey, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. 3 Point toolbox arrived filthy. Missing square cotter pins for telescoping casters and no assembly instructions of any sort. 3 point A-Frame receiver arrived unuseable with one of the lower bushings stripped.

Did not line up with tractor, so gad to modify to use the attachment, which is very inconvenient and disappointing. Also, the 2 forks for the attachment came on 2 different days separately.

Hi Derrick, thank you for posting a review and my apologies that you had to modify the attachment to make it work. We make attachments to fit the largest amount of machines as possible; however, my apologies again as we were not able to factor this unforeseen issue and what may allow the frame to fit a specific loader might cause it to become incompatible with a greater number of machines. Also, the Frame and Forks are all shipped via ground separately; there will be a chance that one will arrive late depending on the volume that the carrier will handle on that particular shipment. My apologies again.

The skid steer attachment was lost in transit ,but observing the new attachment a bolt was missing . So warranty had to be applied for and waited for review with approval to ship me a new bolt so extra delay. Bolt arrives by Fedex and was installed by me,put on the loader with ease but the pin to lock skid attachment in place by handle lock on right won't lock. After observing closer, pin was installed backward from factory, so delayed again on use. I had to disassemble pin assembly and turn over pin. It fits properly in place and lock attachment.

I’m disappointed with the quality of workmanship. The standard has a very poor fit with the loader brackets and the slide action of the forks could be greatly improved.

Shipping was received in a timely manner. On the other hand the welds are in question with holes, splatter, and even access wire left before paint or powder coat just didn't sit right with me. Could have been cleaned up a bit.

One pin bracket was 1/4” higher than the other side. I had to take a grinder to the top of the pin for a while & remove at least an 1/8” of material before it would even go onto my 1025r loader bracket. Price point was great and was the main reason I selected the product and strength rating is very good; much higher than what I needed for my application. I expected good solid welds given the strength/ weight rating but also did not expect perfect beautiful welds given the price point which all turned out to be the case. The quality control of a bracket being a 1/4” off and being shipped out is completely unacceptable in my opinion. How do you not have jigs to ensure they are accurate or the model of loader brackets on hand to test fit them against before painting I don’t understand. That is my reason for the lower ratings and questioning if I would purchase another product from the brand in the future or recommend the brand to others.

Pallet forks and frame came. Frame paint was scratched up. Pin did not line up on right side. The frame would not attach to loader. Quality control is off. I was able to make it work. I would not recommend buying the frame.

Teeth didn't fit my cat 305 bucket at all. Had to pay someone to cut and Weld them on.

Very disappointed in the quality of the product. The price was good if you do not consider the four hours I spent grinding on it to get it to fit on the JD Tractor. Brings to mind the old saying, “you get what you pay for”.

The part would receive 5 stars except for the work involved in making it fit. The problem is with the lower plates that accept the attachment pins. The holes were about .5 inches to far apart to fit a Case 1840. Other attachement that I have work fine but this required cutting and welding to be able to accept the pin system on my loader.

Purchased the 42” pallets forks and frame for a JD 3033R. Easy ordering, fast shipping and good updates throughout the purchasing process. Less than impressed with the frame. It fits the tractor but the top hooks don’t make full contact. Welds are ugly at best. Gaps and burn through make me question the strength integrity. Would post photos with the review but apparently site doesn’t allow.
