The unit had the following problems and the following is the conversation via email with the company representative. You can tell he is just following the company script and I felt like there was basically not reason to even bother. As you will see, I eventually just fixed the problem by semi-permanently attaching the unit to my piece of equipment, thereby making sure it didn't fall off again and I ordered another unit which I am sure I will have to modify as well to make sure it is safe. Mike Whitehouse Oct 6, 2022, 1:21 PM CDT There are two problems. The handles on the adapter don't stay in the up position when trying to attach an implement. Once attached I have already had two instances of the equipment falling off of the adapter. One was a root grapple and the other was a TB Max - 2 front mount brush mower. Both times could have been catastrophic but I was lucky no one was hurt and the equipment wasn't broken. I would propose a couple of options. I am thinking of permanently attaching this to one my implement by either welding or bolting them together and ordering another adapter at reduced cost if that is feasible or just replace the one I have if you can assure me that the new one will be better. Mike Whitehouse Oct 8, 2022, 8:10 PM CDT Hi, Since I had to reattach the implements in the field, I don't have any photos of the failure of the adapter. I took care of the problem. Since I didn't want to be severely injured or crushed to death by my grapple or front-end mower falling off again, I decided to drill two holes and bolt the front-end mower to the adapter with 2 - 1" grade 8 bolts. It will not fall off now. However, I do need to order another adapter and wonder what are the chances this one will perform any better than the one I have. Let me know what you think. Fortunately, the item is priced at a point that the warranty that doesn't really seem to mean much is not worth dealing with. I ordered another unit and I am guessing I will have to fix it as well so knowing that up front, I don't have to worry about being disappointed.

Instructions to assemble are very difficult to follow. After 5 hours still not completed. Had to go to a competitor's site for similar item instructions. Unable to review product itself until assembled.

I asked very nice for a 5% discount before ordering my plate. You said no. As soon as the plate arrives you then advertise a discount for everyone. How about giving me that discount now? Oh no I bet you cant do that. Poor sales......

Product, once received was of high quality. Receiving shipment in timely manner was another issue, with the help of Fedex. It took over two weeks to get replacement order. Once replacement was finally received, had missed a hay order worth 1.9k. When the replacement was finally received, packaging was pretty well brutalized in shipment. May want to consider going sturdier packaging with the frame because of the weight. No owners manual available for product, even though installation was fairly obvious from published pictures.

Purchased a grapple from Titian, operation of equipment isn’t very good. I believe it has low flow hydraulic cylinders, not very user friendly.

You charged me sales tax although none is required because it was not sold in Maine. I shop extensively online and have never been charged Maine sales tax for an item that is sold in another state. I have corresponded with you to try to get the sales tax refunded to me and am waiting for a response. Otherwise, the hay spear was as advertised and fits my Kubota tractor and lifts my round bales perfectly.

I received my order in a timely fashion, but when I opened the box one of the legs to the hay bale chute was missing. I called Titan and was told I would hear back from them within a couple days. That was a week ago and I haven’t received an email or call. Can’t use the chute without the other leg. I wish they would respond as they said they would.

The attachment was shipped with FedEx. They destroyed the box so bad when I got it there was no box. The levers were bent and 2 pins were missing, and a paint was scratched off making it look like a used part not new. I contacted warranty their response was send pictures and we will consider if it will be covered. This is all after FedEx kept the package for 2 days with out delivering it. I was anxious to use it so I went and bought the missing pins and straightened the levers.

Hi Ben, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and items from our Scratch and Dent Category may be delivered with missing hardware and are not eligible for warranty claims. Still, we still provide assistance and support as items from this category should be functional. we value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit. I placed an order during the labor day sale. Somehow the wrong item was shipped and delivered. Hey, mistakes happen. I contacted Titan to give them an opportunity to correct the mistake. Well, it has been over a month since my order and I still don't have the product that ordered. There is still a chance that I will end up loving the item and order more from Titan, but so far I have been disappointed.

Finally got a chance to use this after having some fitment issues with my quick hitch. Did what it was supposed to do but broke within 20 minutes. Spike drum was hitting pin. Fell out. Another cheap pin broke and the whole roller assembly fell out in the middle of the yard. Thank god I had some parts to get back to work. Have to fix it right later.

Shipping was quick . The product itself kinda crappy quality. The 3 point pins that needed to be screwed in was a nightmare, the holes were off so I had to grind some material so I can retap the threads that were also damaged . You need a better quality control inspector .

I bought the Euro-Global hay spear. The price was good. the main spear would not tighten up in the taper. I had to add a washer. The smaller spears had the retaining groove in the wrong location. I had to grind a flat on these to make them work. Your QC department is not doing a great job for sure. Shipping was good for one of the packages but the second was about 7 days behind the first.

Box I was told would be in shipment but got to see it Sun. Sep. 25th. With no box, no pallet & No bushings or roll pins. Customer Not happy for the lack of quality shipping. The labels were on the Quick Hitch. The QH Already has pai T that has warn off from shipping. Poorly handled & lack of Customer Service.

The Titan item seems well made, but the lack of required dimensions and similar worthless offshore 'Help' keep me from shopping Titan again. My Deere 1025r has a Deere iMatch, a reportedly VERY popular unit for a top seller in the tractor market. Titan has scant and frankly, confusing descriptions which caused the return of the item. I am neither interested in paying return costs nor expereiencing delays in pressing projects that ensue.

Hi Michael, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and my apologies as our standard 3 point hook ups differ from JD's iMatch by replacing the 3-point hitch and remaining on the tractor at all times. Instead of connecting/removing pins between every implement, a snap ring, and bushing is always connected to the implement side, meaning that the operator can remain in the driver's seat, back up to an implement, raise it into place and lock it in place with a flip of two levers; the standard 3-point hitch is set up with 2 draft arms on either side and a center link, that requires the operator to hook into the implement with pins at these points. My apologies as we cannot guarantee that our 3 point hitches will be compatible with JD's iMatch system at the moment. My apologies as well if this was not properly explained to you. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a return has been keyed for your order for a refund. Thank you however for your consideration and patience.

The attachment came sooner than expected and arrived in good condition. It does not quite fit the lift on my John Deere(I mean about 1/32 of an inch) so I will have to modify either the tractor lift or the attachment-I don't think it will be a big deal. The attachment is heavy and very sturdy-I think it will be fine.
