When I received my hitch it had a bent handle on left side pin that holds it in was broke very disappointed in it. Then when I called to see about how to get it resolved I find out I have to email u I mean really I’d like to talk to someone

First off I had no issue with the product itself, only with the shipping. I ordered 2 10k ramps and one arrived on time and was just what I expected. The second ramp still hasn't been delivered after 2 weeks!!! I had a vehicle stuck on the side of the road and needed to get it home. I ended up having to rent a trailer instead of being able to move it myself. Very frustrating!

Well it seems to be made ok, but bottom plate is welded on crocked. After reciept, realised this will not fit the forks (bucket mount for tractor) that I bought from Titan. Since this was scratch and dent, can't return it, so have a hunk of metal I can't use and is too big for a paper weight.

I checked that the clamp receiver you purchased is designed to fits forks up 4.125" wide 1.1" thick and fits a standard 2" hitch receiver. I reviewed your account and found that you bought a Scratch and Dent item. Scratch and dent items, however, are not eligible for returns or warranty claims. Hello Charles, please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you have had regarding the shipping. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and I can see that your order was shipped via FedEx ground and are normally delivered in about 2-4 business days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days. We are glad to know however that your attachment was delivered on the 26th of August after it was picked up on the 18th. Thank you very much for your patience and we definitely suggest that you reach out to the carrier with this feedback.

My 32 inch heavy duty work cart arrived damaged. It came assembled in a box with NO packaging. The bottom shelf was bent, the drawer was bent and paint was chipped in several places. I paid $158 for a new one. Titan sells scratch and dent ones for $118. Managers offered $20 off. I returned it for a full refund. I would suggest more care in packaging to prevent damage or ship it unassembled. I do like the color and size of the cart.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that indeed, a return has been keyed and the refund has been issued on 09/01. While are glad to know that you like the color and the size of the cart, the order could've been handled better while in transit. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up items for shipment. However, this is on us and we'll strive to do better. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit. Poor customer interface, Could not place order on - line, even after creating an account. Chat was useless. Sat on hold for 20 minutes when I called to place the order, then gave up waiting and opted for call back. When called back I explained my frustration to the person taking my order and it was very clear that he could care less. I think the company has good products at good prices, but what you have to go through to order them is beyond frustrating! Half the order arrived on the delivery date with a missing part. 2nd half the next day in a box that was shredded by Fedex. Company sent multiple emails when 1 phone call would clear up all questions and concerns. Your customer service needs serious attention!

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. My apologies as well about the issue you had when placing an online order. I have had a chance to check and usually, it would provide you an option to pay via Credit Card if are logged in or if you already have filled out the billing and shipping address; I can see that you also had an issue with going to the next step after filling out the information. Most of the time, this is due to a browser's pop up blockers or extensions which can be fixed when disabling these. My apologies as well about the way your order has been delivered, we make sure that items are packages securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up items for shipping if the package is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I can see however that a 2 replacement orders has been keyed on 08/29 and 08/30. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working to make sure items are delivered complete and also to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit; making it less likely that pieces will be lost while in transit. Thank you for letting us turn this around for you. My apologies again.

IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I RECEIVED MY ATTACHMENT. SHIPPING WAS FAST. BUT UPON RECIEVING MY ATTACHMENT THE HOSES WERE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. I CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR REPLACEMENT. I DONT UNDERSTAND THE HOLD UP TO REPLACE SOME HOSES. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE ATTACHMENTS ARE MADE IN THE USA BUT THEY ARE NOT THEY SHIP FROM CHINA AND ARE STORED AT TITAN OR PALLETFORKS. THEY ARE SIMPLY A DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR CHINA MERCHANDISE. I WILL UPDATE IF I RECEIVE MY HOSES AND UP THE RATING FOR THIS COMPANY. FOR NOW I AM DISAPPOINTED I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY HOSE AND CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. I WAS TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON LOCATING THEM. MAY BE NEED TO HAVE THEM MADE. IDK TIME IS TICKING AWAY.

We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. I have had a chance to check and my apologies as on some cases, proprietary parts takes a while to get sourced as most of the time, parts are manufactured for completing whole items, secondary would be for spares. I can see however that one from our warranty team has reached out on 09/13 and offered a resolution which was accepted. My apologies for the time it took to resolve this for you. Fast shipping. Parts look like they are hard to get, broke a hammer on the mower, on backorder. had a hose break, and had to make one as none were available.

Your customer service is terrible. I bought a 72" finish mower attachment for a tractor about three months ago. When I received it, I tried to order an extra set of blades. I was told that they were unavailable, and I asked to be put on a notification list when they became available. I received no notification. Then, I broke a blade about two weeks ago. I spent hours trying to find a replacement at tractor supply stores, since you couldn't supply the blades. I couldn't find a replacement, nor could experienced parts counter clerks at two different stores. I decided to order a set of the 48" blades so that I will at least get some cutting in the position where the blade was broken (although this will leave a gap of 4" with every pass of the mower. I submitted a request online to your customer service to find a replacement blade, and was informed that there is a suitable replacement. When I checked online, however, the blade that was recommended has a 1/2" center hole, but the spindle on the tractor requires a 3/4" hole. I wrote back to find out if the specification is accurate, or if there is another suggested blade to use, and have received no response. Please find me a blade that will fit this mower deck. It is preposterous that you haven't been able to find one.

Box was damaged. Carriage had dings dents and scratch that were seemingly painted over as if there was no quality control.

I've ordered several attachments from your company and the products have been great. I ordered a 48" pallet fork assembly, which you should look at on your website as I think there's an error in your part numbers. Item No. 139130 is what is shown for a complete attachment assembly. I only got one fork. I think the wrong part number is on your website. Called in and your team quickly rectified it, but then I ended up with the back plate and three more forks showing up. So alls well that ends well from my side but you will be having this problem again, so just a heads up to check your website.

Did not fit the Category 2 hitch as advertised. Put it on a smaller tractor then built one for thr Cat 2 hitch.

Titan fixed an order that was damaged and missing parts by shipping me another of the same product, that was thankfully not damaged, but 2nd one was still MISSING PARTS!!

Shipping was quick, quality seems fine but out of four implements I ordered 3 have been missing 1 piece of hardware. Not a major thing but really annoying. Seems like an opportunity to improve the customer experience.

Stabilizer for medium-duty pallet forks. The product is just fine, but I ordered while on backorder and during that time, it went on sale. The Titan rep would not honor the sale price despite the product not having been shipped. That was pretty disappointing.

I ordered an attachment on line. Within the hour of ordering I called helpline and explained that I did forget to enter first time promotion code on the order in which would have been 5% off plus free shipping. And their add even stats “always fast free shipping!” I was charged the 5% and charged for shipping. They would not credit me back the money. Its a gimmick just like anything else.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that one from our team has reached out and manually applied the coupon code. My apologies however about the handling fee as that is a service provided by the carriers for heavy shipments or attachments. Shipping is still free. Most of our attachments are either shipped in steel Frames or on Pallets which usually required a Freight Carrier. The fee is determined by carriers for any shipments that needs special handling when being shipped.

Well, I ordered on 8/8/22, the pallet fork assembly and also ordered the pallet fork extensions in a later order the same day. On 8/10/22 the pallet fork quick attachment frame came in along with the fork extensions but no forks for the frame. On 8/11/22 one fork came in, not 2 forks. I've been in contact with Titan who states that a shipping label has been generated and the info has been passed on to FedEx. FedEx states that they are waiting on Titan to pass on the info. Then theres Me, the anxious customer who is looking forward to using his new attachment, is being forced to wait until 8/17/22 for you guys to work out the confusion. The quality of the attachment that I hace received is great. I just wish I had my other fork so I could put it to use.
