Shipped missing a part. Support not aware of manual shipped with item! 48 hrs after calling Support for missing part- still no promised callback. Shipped on freight truck that could not deliver it unassisted. 4 weeks and three support requests and still have not refunded sales tax.

While my first impression of the tree shear was that it was well made after the first ten minutes of use the pin that controls the shear rotation pulled through its holder. The pin had no shoulder to prevent it from being pulled through. The pin had only a spot weld holding the handle on which easily broke off. The bracket that holds the pin bent in also I have straightened the bracket and reinforced it with a square of 3/8” steel. Made a large pile of brush in three hours two days ago. I would like to know if a hydraulic rotation is an option for this shear and what it looks like. I would also like to know if there could be a clamp to hold small trees while more are being cut so as to reduce trips back and forth to the pile. I hope my observations and questions are distributed within your company. Steve

Hi Steven, thank you for the review and my apologies about the pin falling off sir. We would not recommend using the shear without the pin; it is likely that the shear will rotate uncontrollably during use without the pin. We also do not offer a tree shear with hydraulic rotation. You may be able to modify it to work this way, same goes for the clamp however we do have any directions nor does the warranty support custom fabrication. My apologies again as since we do not have a Tree Shear with hydraulic rotation, we will not be able to provide any suggestion on how to do this.

I have bought lots of attachments from this company over the years, always with satisfactiin until this time. The skidsteee plate on my bucket is missing. The bucket they sent me is unusable to me. I have called and emailed with no resolution. This bucket is useless to me as is, and it was ordered for a specific use and date of use (which has now passed) this has cost me a lot in down time, rental costs (even tho I spent thousands with this company to buy the bucket I needed, it could not be used when needed.) I have yet to hear back from this company to get the right bucket or or credit for the bucket they sent me which is unusable to me. The paperwork and shipping documents indicate that I got the right bucket (of the two I ordered one was wrong) but the bucket i received is not for use on a skidsteer. The lack of follow up and delayed response is the frustrating part to me. Still waiting after two calls, two emails and pictures sent as requested.

The hydraulic hoses on the rock grapple come straight out which will snap them off on a Kubota skid steer. They need elbows. Haven’t heard back from them yet after contacting them a week ago.

Haven’t received all parts and damaged head rack. Missing pins for thumb and box was broke open and smashed. As well as missing parts.

Ordered a hay spear and sleeve from web site. They quickly but the sleeve was too small for the spear, turns out there are 2 hay spears but only one sleeve. I would expect the description of the sleeve to include which spear it fits as well as which one it doesn't fit.

Product is good customer service is excellent I would give you five stars but you are delivering the same product five times already. Someone in the warehouse does not know how to read the order by sending the wrong stuff over and over.

I got the “HAY” attatchment but it did not have a fork with it, so no way to use it for hay. Bought that seperate for more $$ ended up spending more on this that at tractor supply. And took way longer to get it. Hooked to the tractor and the geometry is wrong in the design. When you lift it up from a leveled position it will try to dump the hay bale off the back. Had to modify….. should have just went to tractor supply or atwoods, and saved time, money, and headache!

I have had a chance to check this and attachment on your order does not come with a hay spear, just the receiver itself. I do see that you have placed an order separately for the spear however, 2 stabilizer bars can help with picking up a hay bale from spinning or from moving from the spear. Have not used product yet. The journey to get delivery was terrible. Absolutely poor service and communication from FedEx. Took almost 2 weeks for the frame and the 2 forks to arrive. Shipped on 3 separate tracking #. The frame was received first and placed on the concrete in front of my garage. One fork was delivered a day later, the driver placed it on my just refinished mahogany deck. The deck is now dented and scratched. After calling Titan multiple times I spoke with Chelsea to advise that the tracking on the second fork indicated that it had not moved in 7 days. Asked Chelsea to send replacement fork. Asked for expedited delivery told not possible ! 7 days later the original missing fork was delivered. A few days later FedEx attempted to deliver the replacement fork, I refused the shipment. FedEx is having major issues with their communication with the destined customer !! I far prefer UPS !! In addition FedEx Ground has destroyed the gutters they have hit multiple times while backing up on my garage.

1) Lower hinge pin grease fitting is not accessible, I had to re-engineer fitting to grease. 2) I had to complete an unfinished 1" weld seam at lower hydraulic cylinder base/hinge to prevent grease from leaking out of middle. 3) hydraulic hoses are poorly positioned and protected from damage. These hoses will fail shortly by chafing against sharp edge if not corrected. New fittings and/or hose will be needed to correct.

Attatchment itself will work great. But the shipping was extremely shoddy. very light cardboard taped to the hitch, by the time it got to me the hitch was damaged on the ends and a lot of the paint was scratched off the sides. concerned this will rust easily now.

Any rocks that are not boulders fall through very dissatisfied we'll have to spend time now and modify it It is built a good heavy gauge steel so after being modified it should last

Bolt that was welded on the stabilizing bar was welded crooked and bolt won’t turn to secure onto forks. Freight company never delivered or notified me to pick up the equipment. I had to track them down, show up for them, and offload myself
