Customer service people seemed very sincere but unacceptable in what they could do to help me. Some of my order received in 5 days other part never got picked up by the freight company and I was told we had to wait 7 days for them to pick it up before anything could be done!! Never again.

Both grease fittings were damaged during shipping. It showed up barely package together. I just hope the quality of the materials are better than the grease fittings.

Fast delivery, needed for a job but unfortunately as quickly as it arrived was as quickly as I sent it out to a welder as 2 welds were broken before I even had a chance to get it on my machine. Was going to buy all 3 attachments at once but glad I tried 1 first.

I have had 5 prices of equipment delivered from you and without fail there's always a bolt or 2 missing , this last delivery one of the 3/4 inch by 12 inch long and nut was missing so I had to buy before I could use. How about some quality control guy's

I know this is partially my fault except I was using an attachment to pull out some small fence post out of the ground. Upon trying this which I have done before this attachment has bent. Thought it would have strong enough to handle this small task. Now I am going to have to modify to a stronger version to withstand my medium-duty jobs. thank you

The people at Titan were great. Ordering and customer service were all I could expect. Shipping was a disaster though. The carrier was labeled as UPS Freight. Unfortunately UPS has nothing to do with them anymore. Once it got to the local terminal, every day their online tracking said it was out for delivery, which was false. They completely ignored the shipping instructions and contact info that Titan collected with the order. The terminal doesn't answer the phone or return messages. After two weeks of almost daily attempts, the Titan customer service people were able to put me in touch with somebody there. Once confirmed that my item was physically there, I went to the terminal and picked it up myself. Laughably, I received an email about a week later informing me that my item had been delivered yesterday. I don't know whether they were intentionally lying to me or are just incredibly inept. This is the short version of the story, but the lesson is: The Titan product is great, but make sure to insist on anything but UPS Freight (now TForce Freight).

In some cases, Freight Carriers tend their shipment to their partner carriers if they do not have delivery routes on the listed shipping address. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. We definitely suggest that you reach out to the carrier with this feedback and we hope that you will consider updating your review for Titan!

Delivery happened on the 5th day it was scheduled then the driver dropped the crate right in the middle of the driveway and basically told my wife tough sh*t.

Hello Jeffery! We were able to locate your account and found that the order was shipped within 48 hours. We apologize for any carrier delays that came up after the order shipped. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control and our carriers do their best at updating the tracking information to reflect the current status. While FedEx is our shipper for this order, we, unfortunately, have no control over the service that they provide upon delivery. Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door. the attachment that I received is TERRIBLE. It was the pipe layer that goes with the subsoiler. It was so damaged and bent - YES, BENT - that it is unusable. and All the nuts and bolts were missing.

I ordered a black Quick Hitch because the Orange option was out of stock. When the hitch arrived it was obvious Titan just took a John Deere green one and pray painted it black- come on Titan! The poor paint job already flaked off just being in the cardboard it was shipped in. Very poor quality paint. Heck why didn’t you guys just take some green ones and spray paint them orange so you have em all in stock with this method! I’ve ordered multiple attachments with Titan, but I’m really disappointed with this purchase.

The cat bucket teeth arrived quickly, only got 1/2 the hardware, castings are very rough. They've had lots of weld repair to fill voids.

I ordered a 8” drop hitch. It was horribly packaged! Box was over sized with NO packing material and apparently all the components were just crudely thrown into the box and left to bag into each other which led to approximately 1/3 of the powder coat being knocked off. On top of the powder coat being SEVERELY damaged, at some point in shipping, a large hole was punched into the side of the box allowing the pins, that hold everything together, to fall out. Called customer support and still haven’t heard back for them. The actual construction of the hitch looks heavy duty and well made though.

The assembly instructions were not very clear and the shear bolt broke as soon as I engaged the PTO, even though it was low RPM when engaged.

Shipping was good although the packaging could have been better. Lots of scratches and powder coating rubbed off. There was not a bolt or nut tight on the unit when it arrived. The female flat face connector would not secure on my tractor

I had called to cancel one piece of my order and since I didn’t call 20 min after I found my mistake and I had to wait for it to ship and then cancel it. I was told multiple times that a rep would just reroute it for me. I didn’t trust it and called anyway. The reps did nothing and I receive the order and now I am have to set up a pick up. Doesn’t sound like a massive deal but when you are told repeatedly that someone is going to do their job and nothing happens, it because the customers job to rectify the situation.
