The delivery arrives is horrible. I am still waiting in a package that’s been sitting at ups and the fedex deliveries were left at end of my driveway partially in road.

Placed order on April 21, and on April 22 received notice of shipment with tracking number. On April 29, with no movement on the shipment, called to enquire about the status. On May 3 was informed that it would have to be reshipped as the first shipment was lost. Shipment arrived at freight dock on May 11, but freight company only delivers to my area once a week, so had to wait another week for delivery. Finally received the shipment on May 17, almost a month after the initial order.

Order delivery time has not consistently been twice as long as when ordered. When I place the order it says delivery Friday. Then the next day it say Saturday. Now it says Sunday and we will see. That was the same as my last order. Need realistic shipping times. I planned my work around when it was supposed to show up. So now I assume nothing until it is actually here. We will see if actually shows up today. I think it probably won’t.

Original package shipped out in a timely maner. was missing a part, took costumer service over a month and many phone calls to finally get the replacement part shipped out. They sent the wrong replacement part

The attachment is great, but the shipping company "Saia" wasted my time. They scheduled to deliver with me and it was no call no show on the date we agreed on. (I would see if they can offer a better deliver window then the 8 to 5 in the first place). I reached out to them that afternoon and they could not give me any answers to why it was not delivered. They then called me the next morning wanting to schedule for the next day(2 days after the first set delivery day). I had already changed my plans for a whole day previously, so I picked up the implement at Saia distibutuion center myself. I understand things happen, but the way it was handled was very poor. I hope yall take a look at this, because I think yall have great products and no need to be losing business in the future due to shipping. As yall know time is money and it goes the same for your customers who order your products.

Does not work if you have the extra cutting blade on your loader bucket. I have a L3560 with a LA805 Loader with extra cutting blade and it will not fit corretly.

Ordering online was simple. The forks arrived, but they did not fit properly. We had to grind down the attachments for them to fit, and not pose a hazard to our team using them.

Ordered a Universal skid steer quick attachment and plate from Titan. The plate does NOT fit. It appears the angle of the top plate is so off, that the plate will not fully seat onto the quick attach. Very poor quality control. Will be contacting Titan about returning non-working plate.

Excellent product. Your service department is your excuse department. You are proud of your free shipping, you chose FEDEX and paid FEDEX. They aren’t a third party they are part of Titan. The package was just set off truck in center of our driveway, 50+ ft from carport. I’m 70 with old age health issues, but I carried it to carport. Your service department said I should have ask a neighbor for help to carry package. That’s not service, they repeatedly said they had no control over 3rd party shipper, the shipper Titan selected and Titan paid. I’ll not ask a neighbor but I’ll shop your competition.

While FedEx is our shipper for this order, we, unfortunately, have no control over the service that they provide upon delivery. Freight orders are instructed to be met at the drive way and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door. I have not yet received my attachments because they were sent to the wrong freight forwarder. Soon after I placed the order I realized I provided the wrong freight forwarder. I received notice that the order was ready to ship and I immediately sent an e-mail explaining my mistake- I also followed up with a phone call- The e-mail response explained that it might take up to 3 days to answer. I was asked to pay $70 to change the address which I did. After talking with three different customer service people I received an acknowledgment that the address had been changed- I tracked the shipment and could see that it was still going to the wrong address. I informed customer service again. Unfortunately, the equipment ended up at the wrong address, where I do a lot of business within Alaska and they assumed it was going to Alaska so they loaded it up and sent it to Alaska - it was supposed to be coming to Hawaii. I repeatedly requested to Titan that the BOL I provided be included with the equipment - which it was not - if it had been included, the equipment would not have been sent to Alaska. Currently, the equipment is due to land in Alaska on Tuesday and be back in Washington on 6/13. I have arranged for the equipment to be shipped from Washington to Hawaii. There will be cost involved with transferring the equipment from one Freight forwarder to the other which I would expect Titan to cover. It sounds like the company that sent the equipment to Alaska is going to waive the fees associated with that because they did not verify the final destination and we are good customers. Bottom line I think is that Titan needs to respond to e-mails as soon as possible and this could of all been avoided.

Bought Grapple for my Bobcat, grapple itself works great. But has a bad design, when it fully opens it hits the Hydraulic connection on the unit. Had to replace both connections on first use and still have the issue to be careful with.

Unfortunate hit or miss on quality control and on shipping damage. Bought a 5 ft JD bucket and the quick attach lower pins are NOT aligned with the factory carrier and they won't fit. Now I have to go through the hassle of replacement / return and still have more days/weeks of no bucket! Also bought a JD fork holder & forks.... alignment of the lower pins fork holder is perfect. However, both items were delivered in terrible shipping condition by SAIA. The loader forks and holder were falling off a completely busted-up pallet. The loader bucket's angle iron protective cage was totally smashed. Fortunately, both are HD items, so the actual pieces only had major paint scratches and some ding marks, with nothing actually bent or inoperatable.

I ordered it march 23, 2022 didn't receive it until May 18,2022. My credit card was charged in march, but i didn't get the product until 2 mo later. The picture/ad doesn't say that this product comes in a box and needs to be put together. After waiting 2 months I hope to god, that there isn't any screws/nuts/bolts, or peices missing from this assembly kit. The wood crate it was shipped in, had gaps in the seams so I hope nothing fell out, which I won't know until I get to assemble it.
