Great valued product. Best deal around that I found for this item. But!!!!! The service surrounding it was highly questionable. I can understand when it was not being produced that because of Covid and uncertain supply chains they couldn't tell me when to expect the item to be produced on the next cycle, if indeed that was a legitimate excuse. However, when I did get a notice they would be expecting a shipment of them (after waiting several months), I went ahead and ordered one. I was given a verification that it had been ordered and my credit card charged. After a month and no communication, I called to see what the expectation was. I was told they needed to create a ticket so one could be sent. After being billed, wondering when, it took calling in to get a sales person to generate a ticket before the item was sent to me? No updates, nothing. Was an extremely frustrating process to say the least to order one and get it here. But now I have it. Had I gotten better service I would have likely ordered the sub soiler it mounts to. But I'm leary and will buy a sub soiler elsewhere so I know I've got it with no lingering questions on IF I will receive it or when. But I am looking forward to using this a lot.

The thumb didn’t fit. I caller your customer service to see if I was ordering the right one. They transferred me tech support and I told them the arm on my machine was 5” wide. They looked up my machine and told me it would fit!

I ordered pallet forks for my tractor. To my surprise it was shipped via common carrier as individual components. This meant multiple deliveries which could have been circumvented by palletizing the shipment. Since these parts are heavy and were unprotected in shipment (no protection or packaging was used), the finish of the painted parts was badly damaged. It was clear to me that Titan Attachments did not care enough about their customer to spend the time of the money to protect my order. While I understand that these components will see some paint damage in use, I found it very disrespectful to supply new equipment in a damaged state to a customer. I could not get away with that in my business. It bothered me enough that I called their customer service to request touchup paint. They in turn requested pictures of the paint damage that I supplied. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I have not heard a word from Titan Attachments. Common man! You send equipment to your clients unprotected and you are surprised that there is freight damage? I have placed 2 orders with this company, and likely will not in the future. Like Forrest Gump said, “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get!”

I love the equipment, it works great and is well built! My only complaint is about shipping, my equipment sat on a dock in Cadillac Michigan for 5 days. It would have been nice to pay more for a better service than "Next time we will be in your area is 5 days from now".

Haven’t had the opportunity to use yet but shipping was a PITA. First shipping update was UPS freight for several days to major hub closest to me, then day after it was supposed to deliver. Tracking stated incident occurred, something along the lines of could delay delivery. Day after that and the next few consecutive days it was showing that it would be delivered that day. After waiting 2 days, taking days off of work, gave up on it. Close to a week after the delivery initially, got a call from 3rd party freight carrier to schedule delivery, scheduled for a few days after then and the 3rd party carrier called on the delivery day (which I took off, again) to tell me the truck broke down and delivery would have to be rescheduled. So I scheduled with the 3rd party carrier to just go and pick it up which was 1.5 hrs away from home, when I got to the place to pick it up they seemed confused as to what and why I was there, then found the information, it was out for delivery that day. Got home that night and it was obvious that the freight was dropped off (incident occurred) bottom rail bent to hell (2x2 angle iron) top rail completely off and just laying on top of attachment, no pins for the 3 point (not sure if it’s supposed to come with) . Other than a few scratches, it appears to be functional but again haven’t had any time to put it to use. I will not be purchasing a large tractor implementation with the expectation of getting it delivered again.

The customer service after the sale is why the two stars. I called with a problem and was told to submit a video and wait for a reply in two business days. A video would have been useless being that the fitting didn't move. As for the product, very good grapple worked smoothly preformed as expected. The problem is the cheap flat face connecters. The female connecter failed to release once the pressure was off of it.the internals jammed and could not get to off. finally I had to cut it off and purchase good quality flat face connecters and now it works just fine.

I am disappointed with the quality of the suitcase weight rack that I purchased. Poor design and fabrication. Wheel caster tabs are not welded on straight causing the rack to be unstable.

The product itself is all I could ask for. It is your service that is deficient. ''Free Shipping'' and worth every penny of it. Product arrived two weeks late after several updates promising delivery. If I had believed it really was at the terminal where you said it was, I would have driven 8 hours to go get it myself. Leo did good. Product good. Shipping bad. Bad grades for poor shipping.

Ordered in November 2021. Received the wrong equipment when it was finally delivered in February 2022. Then got the actual correct piece of equipment in late April 2022.

Unit arrived a day after it showed delivered. Was damaged due to poor packing. Not ideal when you expect things to arrive in an un-damaged state. Will look to purchase from another supplier next time since Titan can’t figure out their packaging.

Would have cancelled the order based on the lack of , and inaccurate information regarding shipping. Don't blame the youngsters answering the phone, the problem is mismanagement and complete disconnect between ordering and shipping. the difference in our time zone saved Titan by 1/2 hour. I would have cancelled the order if you would not have closed 1/2 hour earlier than my time zone. Good product- unacceptable communication issues. If you sincerely care about customer service, call me for details concerning my negative experience. In completing the remainder of this survey, it's apparently a poor judge of inadequacies. You have a good product, but terrible and wrong information concerning delivery. My order had been picked up and on its way and I was told its ready for shipment and waiting for Fedex pickup. 100% wrong information and was very critical information at that time. Unacceptable.
