“Not right item ,having problems returning item, very very bad phone connection .I like item and would buy it again.”

“My order was several days late because of packing and shipping. There were delays because the shipping label was unreadable and had to be replaced twice in transit. The product was heavy and was packed in a flimsy box with very little packing material. There were no markings indicating it was a heavy box and there was one strip of tape securing the box flaps. The hardware bag was torn open and only 5 of the 8 bolts was in the box with 7 of the 8 nuts. The box was halfway open which is probably the reason for lose of product. Very disappointed in your shipping department.”

“When I ordered the rake, it was available then it went on back order for 2 months somehow a week later. Then they had a pob for shipping address and it was very difficult to get someone to change it. So 3 months later I got it.”

“Attachment was not shipped within 3 days as the website says. 1 week late. Shipping company delivery driver was a jerk (Saia). Customer service is in the Philippines with limited access to account information. After delivery and unpacking the 6’ land leveler/grader seems well built so I like the attachment although Titans has some work to do.”

“I called to make known I received the wrong quick disconnect adapters. The receptionist had little to no knowledge of the parts. she transferred me to another agent. He too had very little understanding. I was on-the-line waiting for 40 minutes. Nothing was resolved and I was not given the opportunity to speak to a parts specialist. I was then told very little as to my next step to receive the parts or some form of refund. I was told I would receive a phone call or an email later. Neither of what I have received. This means I will be calling back and be expecting to speak with a supervisor. That is someone who will be able to understand and communicate a resolution to this problem. In the local shop, these parts are about 60 to 100.00 each. Plus I would have to travel 90 minutes round trip to purchase them. Not so happy. The only reason your customer service received a 2 is be cause he apologized for the inconvenience. Not too happy at all.”

“No notice of shipping or tracking provided. I had a receipt when I place the order and nothing else. We were out of town in our order was just dropped in our driveway and yard in various places. If it were not for a phone call from our neighbors we would never have known our order arrived. Giving you a poor rating for The lack of notification Or tracking”
