I received multiple emails telling me my order was ready to ship, then multiple saying it had shipped, then multiple most every day telling me it would be here soon. It shipped in three pieces, but I was not told that and only given one tracking number. One piece arrived, with no other information so I thought I was missing parts and contacted support. Only then was I given the other tracking numbers. Overall, the attachment is made well, but the customer experience was not good.

Upon ordering I immediately reached out via email asking that this item be held at the terminal for pick up. I received a response and was told I had to call and speak with customer service. (How complicated can this be??) I did so and customer service pretty much blew me off sharing that the shipping company will call to schedule a time to deliver and I can communicate my need to have it held at that point. That was a lie. A tractor trailer shows up unannounced and we are not prepared to unload. Thanks Titan you are bold face liars and we will never buy from you again!!

It took (3) attempts to get the 5' straw rake to me. It was twice turned back by the shipping company for damage. The third time they went ahead and delivered it and the packaging was destroyed but the contents were complete and there was little physical damage to the parts. The packaging is only cardboard! This could have been avoided with proper shipping prep. The reason it is not a 1 for the review is that Titan worked closely with me to get the product. Excellent customer service, as always.

Poor manufacturing. Cheaply made components. FedEx can drop it outside your business after hours without anyone being present and neither Titan nor FedEx have any responsibility. I guess It's the cheapest way to send it. A lot of annoying spam emails after the purchase.

I would give a perfect score but i got Zero response from support about a problem with the item i received (missing parts). I submitted two requests and no response from either one. Without service, I’m not likely to make another purchase here.

Numerous scratches on the brand new chipper. Missing the Self Feed Hooper Assembly. Very disappointed with the shape the chipper was sent out for as much as the chipper cost.

Ordered on Monday and received the THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY it was delivered. Eleven days (11) for delivery. It was in Fed Ex warehouse for a week. Great shipping and delivery.

I ordered 25 sets of pallet forks and they were supposed to be in stock but it took about a month before they were put out for shipment. The frames were shipped via fedex and fedex would only deliver 1 or 2 at a time when they had room on there truck. It took an additional month to get all the frames finally delivered. The pallet forks were shipped via a trucking company. I was very dissatified with the shipping arrangements that were made on this order.

Listing clearly stated 2-3 times that a thumb was included in sale. I purchased it based on this as i have a significant amount of rock wall that i need to repair on my property.. I called a representative with no feedback, all I was told is that she needed to talk to upper management.. I want to love this attachment between the bs of not receiving the thumb with my order, the pins that lock the main pins into place keep breaking.. I have searched everywhere for these and cannot find replacements locally..

The edge is technically great. The ordering/shipping terrible. After contacting Titan customer service to locate the delayed shipping I was told it was on the way. This was not true as the FedEx tracking would later show. I spent quite a bit of time with FedEx to track this edge down. It was sitting idle in a warehouse in CT as the shipping label had fallen off. Titan had no interest in helping me track this item. When FedEx did eventually deliver this it was amazing to watch the driver open the rear door of his van and just drop this end over end out into the middle of my driveway! To top it all off, the edge is much larger/heavier than I anticipated (this is on me) and not useable on my tractor bucket. So now I have a very heavy piece of steel that I need to find some other use for.

The three-point trailer mover and suitcase weight holder that I purchased came with a square tube receiver hitch welded to the mainframe crooked. Now my receiver hitch/ball does not line up straight with my trailer couplers. I'm debating on fixing it myself so I don't have to go through the return shipping process just to receive another hitch with the same issue. The rest of the hitch seems to be great! Chris Marlett

There was a lack of communication on delivery. We were waiting to get a phone call back from Saia after she contacted the company and that didn’t happen. Then we got an email that it was being returned and we would have to pay shipping costs. I didn’t appreciate the email.

Ordered a Cat 1-2 boom pole which was delivered, strapped loosely to a pallet only. One of the two lift pins was missing which I chose to have noted on the shipping invoice instead of refusing the delivery and sending the large freight item back. I contacted Titan Customer Service only to be told that the lift pins dont show up with a separate item number as part of the boom pole, and a note would have to be sent to the shipping department "to see if anything could be done". Seriously?! Titan would prefer customers to refuse shipment and cost them an additional $200+ in freight shipping for a $20 pin? That doesnt seem like good business sense to me. On top of that, I have a 100lb paper weight that I cannot use unless I have both pins, and Titan doesnt seem to be in any hurry to correct this. I have been very impressed with Titan products, but am very dissapointed with their recent customer service. Time will tell if Titan makes this right.

Fast shipping , however the product was delivered damaged . They tapped 2 pieces of cardboard on the product and shipped via fedex .

Brackets that bolts to the sides of the bucket were bent and all of the hardware was missing. I had to go to tractor supply and buy the hardware.
