Shipping/logistics problems on your end that evidently your company has no means of detecting. I had to call after a week of shipping notification with only "label created and all they could do to help was to create the order all over again which took more time. Had to borrow the same tool to get work done.

The skeleton rock bucket is beefy but flawed. The front teeth curve upwards on the bottom, and the mounts extend well below the cutter bar. When trying to remove debris from a hard surface (rockfall from a slope above a long driveway) the bucket "rides up" and collects no material unless I can dig into loose debris that is fairly deep. The cutter bar never engages the hard surface. Tilting the bucket forward LIFTS the cutter on the teeth, while the teeth do not dig in because they're shaped like the prow of a boat. Bummer. Customer support told me to file a warranty claim and ended the conversation when I asked how to perform this basic task. I'm left trying to find a fabricator to cut off or grind down the mounts. Also, the quick attach openings are too far apart, jamming the pins on my TYM T25 tractor. When I asked for the spec on those openings, to find out if my bucket is defective, I received no reply. My Titan box blade, which came with the tractor, is great!

Hi Robert, thank you for the review and my apologies for the experience you have had in regards to shipping. We do understand that this also hampered any work that you may have lined up losing valuable time in the process. I have had a chance to check and it would seem TForce Freight had to tender your shipment to their partner carrier as they do not have delivery routes to the list shipping address. Still, this could've been handled better had their partner carrier contacted you to to provide regarding the shipment. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. However, we value our customers' experience and feedback and are constantly working with carriers to better make shipping time more efficient. My apologies again as we were not able to factor this unforeseen issue the carrier has encountered.

Not great. Unfortunately Titan contracts with substandard FedEx franchises. Delivery was delayed by my item inexplicably being left at the FedEx hub for about 10 days. The bright spot in all of this was Grace in customer support. She reliably and promptly communicated with me. She is who contacted your FedEx vendor and got the delivery completed. Please vet your delivery contractors. I had to reschedule projects because of delays caused by your unreliable delivery I’d rather pay extra for reliable delivery than have “free” delivery that isn’t reliable

I asked about using this product with out using the wheels i was told it would be fine before purchase. The bolts stick out so far that it will not sit flat to be used with out wheels just fyi. I have very limited room in my garage and if i could use it with no wheels it would work. Now i have to figure out a new way of making this work in my limited space i purchased only cause i was told it would work fine. Also was very scratched up in the crate from bouncing around i think

Items arrived damaged. The remedy process was sort of a joke, offered money to buy paint to cover up damages myself. Eventually we came to a compromise and I was given an exchange.

The item was delivered and was exactly what I ordered. The payment part was difficult. After multiple failed attempt, I found that you actually had to put the address in twice and not check same address for billing and delivery. Very frustrating.

When I tried to attach this pallet fork attachment on my 2017 cat 239d with quick tach system, it wouldn’t seat all way against quick tach plate which then wouldn’t allow the two pins to slide into position to hold fork on the bottom. Had to modify with cutting torch and grinder to get to the point where the pins will drop in place. Still won’t seat fully against attach plate. Poor design and if you want to spend over a thousand dollars for something that is plug and play without having to modify maybe another choice would be advisable.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that one from our team has reached out on 08/03 and a return for a full refund has been issued. My apologies again as we thought about doing a replacement however we felt that this will not resolve the issue. This is a rare compatibility issue caused by a small handful of machines with large outside lugs on the quick attach loader which comes in contact with the frame. This is an exceptionally rare case, and is limited to a small number of skid steers. We make these items to fit the largest amount of machines as possible; however, we still cannot account for every single eventuality, and what may allow the frame to fit a specific loader might cause it to become incompatible with a greater number of machines. Thank you however for letting us turn this around for you.

There was no owners manuals or instructions for any item. One item that cost $200 showed up without 3 of the 4 wheels in a destroyed box. I have been told I will receive a complete replacement within 7-10 days. When that happens- I will gladly give a updated review.

The website does not make it clear that the attachment needs bale spears. The manager was not familiar with the product and had a poor attitude.

Haven't been able to use it yet, still bending it back into shape. Not sure if it was from the freight company or what. All of the supporting heavy gauge wire to hold the hopper, discharge chute and pto driveline shaft were broken (not sure how many there were originally, but the 3 that were there were snapped). For as much money as we spent on it, we're really disappointed. The chipper already looks years old from all of the scratches and dings on it. I had to bend the tabs where the hopper connects to even get it to go on. I still need to bend the tabs on the main unit where it opens because it will not close without forcing it to one side because it's misaligned. Seems like it got dropped (450 lbs.) multiple times. Would be nice if you had a distributor that I could have just picked it up myself. What a pain.

3 point hitch is too low for a compact tractor. Modification will be required. Cut, bolt and//or weld revisions to rake
