Grapple was delivered with leaking hydraulic cylinders. I reported the problem immediately but Titan did nothing to repair or replace the item. Very poor service

received the wrong hoe. the one i ordered came with a hydraulic pump. i now have a back hoe i can't use because i have no pump.

Equipment is great, but felt I was ripped on when I placed my order last Thursday and I get an email on Monday or Tuesday for the same item $51 dollars cheaper. Wouldn’t adjust my price and this was the second piece of equipment I purchased in two weeks. At that time I hadn’t received my order. Did receive today. I felt like refusing the order and sending it back and reordering at sale price but was told I’d have to pay for return shipping. I called and spent an hour and 25 minutes on hold and was told I’d get a return call from a manager and never received it. Again felt like I was taken advantage off. I like my equipment but will never order again from Titan because of you being unfair in your charges and how you made me feel!!! Very unhappy customer!!!☹️

We decided to use our blade today first time, just a few days after arrival ,What is this blade made for sawdust? I’m moving snow off our road and it’s already bent? This is first time I used it, Richard Barnett

The ballast box was lightly wrapped. There is a a lot of paint missing of the top and bottom. Also the entire paint job is subpar. If you look in the bottom of the box the paint is literally bubbling in large area.

First off the box it came in was completely torn to shreds. Secondly it was missing parts that now a month later still hasn’t even been sent to me!!! DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN!!! Your just throwing your money away!!! Product missing parts and customer service is horrible!! Again it’s been a month and I’m still waiting on parts that was missing from my order!

A real joke you Gus are latest you are monitoring my request I sent in weeks ago because my fork didn’t come with pin to hold in place all the rest of them did but should not have been shipped that way it is quite obvious from 50 ft away no shiny spot on top of girl something is missing

I received my item in the mail and was very disappointed when I opened it. Looks like a kid learning to weld put it together, pieces of wire were left tacked to the metal instead of using a grinder and cleaning it up, I just hope it actually stays together.

Regarding order #11100322784: The wrong item was shipped. I submitted an online Request on 1/6/23 and then a call on 1/9/23, and now it is 1/15/23 and no one has resolved this problem. This seems to be a common issue at Titan and I am getting tired of it. Please process a return and replacement order for the correct item.

I tried to order a part from Titan and spoke with 2 people and was supposed to get a call back and that never happened then received an email about an attachment that was supposed to be for someone else since I never ordered the attachment they were referring to.

You sent me the wrong clamp on pallet forks (1,500lbs versus 4,000lbs) I ordered correctly on this order. Jane Borromea (part of the Titan attachments team) has been helping to get me the right ones (see request # 1630775 for details) but has not been able to get an update on a delivery date for the right ones, or for the return shipping label for what you sent me. I didn't buy local to save some money, but I'm wondering if that was the right decision now. Please prove me wrong.

Product does not come with an attachment that holds tooth in upward position when transporting and that’s a real inconvince to the buyer, where as other similar products do..
