I only received half of my order. The order came as two shipments. One shipment contained the hay spear and stabilizer soears. But the other shipment did not contain the 3-point frame to attach the Spears. Instead, I received some storage component for barbell weights! So at this point, my order is incomplete. When can i expect to get the frame?

Was shipped right away, the forks were delivered quickly, and the frame was shipped from MS to SC by way of Belmont CA Upon delivery I found it would not fit my tractor, Titans web site states the item is for a mini skid steer pallet fork attachment that would fit SSQA or a "UNIVERSAL SKID STEER STYLE QUICK TACH SYSTEM" which tells me it fits both. When I contacted TiTAN I had to wait 20 in for a callback, I was forwarded to an expert on the hitches who told me it would not fit my tractor, he forwarded me back to customer service the call was dropped and I had to call back. Customer service told me I had to take photos of the items to be returned and it would cost me $149. to return it. That's only if the photos were approved for return, this whole process took almost 2 hours. It has been several days since we spoke and still no decision. I live in a farm area of SC and plan to share my experience with my friends and neighbors.

Ordered 3 prong bale spear. Only long spear arrived. Package was missing small ones. Called and left message 2 times to call back and not lose spot in line. Never heard back. Sent email. They still not agreed to sens. Terrible.

After receiving our snow blade and the delivery driver left we noticed that we were missing the parts box. Needless to say you cannot use a three point snow plow without the #4 thread pins (2) and the #5 lynch pins (3). We contacted the driver who was great after he checked his trailer and it was clear, he said that the dock would be checked and this issue would be resolved in a couple of day's at most. I emailed the ATL office manager Karen Lemasters of the SAIA, Inc. shipping, Dec. 30th and after letting her know the issue and what was missing we have heard nothing since. I also emailed Titan Attachments customer service on Dec. 30th to let you know of the issue we got a response on Jan. 3rd with a manual to let us find the parts that were missing and let them know, they also wanted pictures which I was unable to supply do to the fact I do not have a smart phone or digital camera. I let them know the parts numbers as I have here (above) in a responding email on Jan. 3rd and again have heard nothing since. So since I can see I will receive no help from either Titan Attachments or SAIA Inc. shipping, I have now had to resort to going to a machine shop to have pins made and machining done to the plow base at added expense. This all started as a simple project and buying experience and has turned into nothing but added expense, added work, and needless to say a big headache. Since I can see that I will never receive my missing parts box and no one wants to resolve this issue, at the very least I would like some compensation credited to my original payment method. Upon receiving my order, I had to modify the fork lift frame to fit correctly on my John Deere 2025r. The knobs on the back for the quick attach were off significantly. It also pops and cracks when lifting a load. Very good concept on the forks locking into place, very poor execution and quality of build. Very disappointed in purchase. Also delivery took a lot longer then expected.

I received the wrong frame. Ordered the one that shows bale spears. This one has none. It also has lots of paint damage. Still waiting to hear the outcome from the e-mail I sent and phone call I made. They said your overly busy now. Make me happy.😒

Adapter was damaged in shipping and is not built right. It hangs on my attachment pins and is missing the backing blocks so that it can shear my quick attachment pins if I push with the loader

I have ordered several things from Titan and I had multiple conversations and have been nothing but 100% satisfied with all of it until my experience this week. I ordered a mini skid steer stump grapple that was delivered with the wrong hydraulic line couplers. I have talked to several people at Titan and have emailed them twice and sent pictures of what I received and pictures of what I need and I've had no response. Please have someone call me at 706-207-5212

Zero customer service. Emailed with a question 30 seconds after I placed my order to change/ cancel my order since no one answered when I called. No response. THREE DAYS LATER they finally responded to say there was noyhing they could do since my product had already been delivered. Suspiciously, I didn't get my response until 30 min after my notification it was delivered. Seems shady. Tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Probably will not order from them again. Lots of suspicious behavior.

I purchased an adapter that went from john deere euro to skid steer and it broke in less than a month. I contacted titan and they messaged me and said someone would be in touch however I have not heard anything back from anyone. I run a business and time is important to my operation. I have ordered from titan after the fact because I felt like I was going to be contacted. I don't think they have any intention of contacting me but that's fine I would have been a good person for referrals as I've been in business and know many people but we're all small fish in a big pond. I would not recommend purchasing the adapters from this company because I have and to my knowledge if it won't hold up for carrying a 1000 lb round bale . You may be seriously injured or killed. if used working with individuals who may be struck by attachments that fall from failure of this adapter. The company puts no weight rating on the adapters and that in itself should produce a red flag

The tines are all different lengths and some are twisted. It was all scratched from the terrible packing job that you charged me 75.00 for. The center pivot bolt and hole had so much paint on them that they would not fit together without lots of grinding. Very disappointing. That is all before I have even used it.

I am saddened by the recent situation of my purchase of a TITAN CATEGORY 1 AND 2, 3 POINT GREEN QUICK HITCH - Scratch and Dent. The item showed up and has a fair amount of paint peeling and rust showing on bare metal. I can accept this as it is scratch and dent. It also showed up missing the lower attachment hardware. Again, I can accept this as it is scratch and dent. What is hard for me to accept is that this item cost me $202.99. The lower attachment pins have cost me an additional $23.99 plus shipping, AND you are now selling the same item (not scratch and dent, so it has warranty) no rust, and all hardware for $199.97. I agreed to buy scratch and dent to save money, I understood that it was a final sale. The sore spot for me is that you run a sale price on the same item shortly after your scratch and dent sale, and sell the item that is in better condition for less money than the scratch and dent sale, and I have no recourse as the scratch and dent is a final sale. Not good.

FedEx kept us notified of where our package was in transit. They notified us on December 26 that the package would be delivered on the 27th. At 2 AM on the 27th, they indicated the package was delivered. We did not receive it, and it was nowhere on our property. It would be hard to miss because, it weighed probably 200 pounds or more. We notified FedEx that it was not received, and they said they try to track it down, but they were unsuccessful. The last place it showed on our tracking that it was located, before it said it was on the truck, ready to be delivered, was the FedEx facility in Zionsville, Indiana, which is about 20 miles or us from us. Last word from FedEx yesterday is that it’s lost.

Poor Quality Control - Ordered as a package and delivered separately. Forks didn’t fit frame. Support wouldn’t send a new frame and forks, just the forks. Still had a problem and ended up having to grind down the frame, breaking the powder coating. Will try a and paint in the spring when it warms up. Offered me $33.52 refund. Very disappointed. Will be posting a YouTube with more detail

The attachment came in missing pieces. Contacted Titan they said they would be sending out the parts and I should receive them shortly. This was 3 weeks ago and I still can not use my attachment.
