I ordered these in May and the price was $55 +/-. Out of stock. Finally available late November, price of $75 +/-. Received the flail hammers in early December. Next week, the price drops to $65. Can you say, “SUCKER “!!!

They sent the wrong item. I have been dealing with customer service for WEEKS and still have no solution as to getting the correct item sent to me.

My item came in the back of a FedEx truck, no packaging, laying on the floor. Most of the paint on the edges is chipped off. The fork frame also does not fit my tractor. The securing pins will not lock in place. Was told to "grind it out" on a new piece of equipment? The pallet forks have a bad misalignment, making lifting anything with this very unsafe. Trying to get this junk returned has been a joke. Customer service is so poor, all I have been getting is a runaround. I just have no idea how this company is in business. I bought a replacement forks locally and they fit and function perfectly. Their product is flawed.

I am not too satisfied with the service. For starters, you can't get a delivery time estimate until you start the order. It said 2-4 days ground, I placed the order, and the next day, the eta is 8 days. When I get my order, there is only 1 spear instead of 2, and it is too short. It took almost 2 weeks to get the rest of my order on its way.

I wanted a grapple attachment, but your salesman swore would fit on my machine. It did not. Instead of making it right immediately, they sent me to the warranty department. Titan Finally agreed to except return, but has made no effort to give me the correct unit. It’s the second time I tried to purchase from Titan. they screwed up both times. I cannot in good conscience, recommend Titan anything

THE VERY FIRST TIME I USED PRODUCT IT BENT IN LESS THAT 5 MIN OF USE. I HAVE FILED A CLAIM FOR FULL REFUND IN THE WARRANTY DEPT. PLEASE REFUND IN FULL AND IF YOU WANT THE USED PRODUCT BACK SEND ME A PRE PAID CONTAINER TO RETURN ITEM.

I still have not received my post-hole digger which has been paid in full. I called and spoke to one of the Reps and she said she would get back to me in 24 hours. This is day 3 and still have not received a callback Item was ordered on 11/29/22 and it was in stock (11100313790)

this is not the first time i have purchased items from titan - first time was was great - this time i still have not received the frame - the delivery company carried in the forks - just no frame - titan has put a tracking on the rest of the order -but i have not heard back from anyone so far - i would hate to have my credit card cancel the payment - i just want the frame - please help - thank you tom helmke - 281 734 3818

I ordered the forks on November 18th and did not receive them until December 12th. While I was waiting for them to arrive I received a total of 32 e-mails. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience!! I will not be buying again from Titan anytime soon if ever.

Dear Titan Consumer Complaint Department: My sweet potato harvester machine arrived on Wednesday December 14, 2022 with two (2) visible known issues: lower right most fork bent downward about 45 degrees right tire was completely flat to metal rim aligning with delivery plate crate support underneath tire Issues solving: I pulled the bent lower right most fork with a crowbar to aligning straight comparable to left side same degree fork I pumped air into inflated right tire (assuming maybe shipper intentional inflated tire to meet shipping reinforcement tie downs crate, BUT AIR ONLY LAST INSIDE TIRE ABOUT THIRTY (30) MINUTES (in no operating mode - not using at stand still off ground contact on tractor lift) Issues known after put the harvester into test: right tire ran out of air in less than fifteen (15) minutes (flat completely rubber to rim) machine shaker swinging up and down so hard when applying PTO power in crawling mode but shaker slamming shaker left and right side of top bars against upper bars of the tire holder bars with bolts causing majorly dents to shaker top left and right bars that aligning to tire holder bars and the securing bolts joined. What I need Titan involve with my harvester: service to the right tire by required tubes inside both the tires in order to keep air secured inside the tires service to shaker mechanism of PTO driving disc proper hole to reduce too far swing of shaker If needed services would not done to the sweet potato harvester, then the unit will have to be picked up and return to Titan due to possible inoperative manufacturing defective for a total complete refund. I didn’t have the forks 2 hours and the mounting plate Bent. The. Real disappointing part was the warranty. When I bought them a sales person hyped it up saying If Anything happened you have a warranty that will cover it. Well that’s not the case .
