Long time customer of Titan, I bought the attachment for skid steer that allows one to use 3point hitch attachments. First thing made me mad was no where in the description did it say where it was made, when it showed up plastered all over it MADE IN CHINA. If that did not have me upset I get an email less than week later that the exact same attachment is on sale for $300 off. Likely my last purchase from them as there are several other options out there. Zero transparency with mediocre quality on this attachment. I have been pleased with titan until now.

The attachment does not fit because of a factory defect. The only way to contact the warranty department is by email and their contact form. No phone contact. They do have photos of the problem and asked me for a quote on the repair but I am getting messages that they have not heard from me, but I have confirmation that they have. I am sure a phone call can fix the issue but that is not happening.

Purchased 2 attachments in the last month and both came in damaged. As long as you don't mind using a brand new product that looks like it went through WW3 I guessit's fine.

Worst customer treatment ever! I had ordered 1 day before a Black Friday sale was announced, who knew they would have one. I contacted customer service to get the sale price and was told I couldn’t have it. I suggested just canceling the order and I would submit a new one with the 25% discount since the order hadn’t shipped yet. I was told I couldn’t do that, I would have to wait until the product arrived before I could cancel then would have to pay a restocking fee. At this point I asked for a manager to review my simple request to get the sale price that was offered to everyone just 1 day after my order. The manager sent me a copy of their price match policy that said they had a 24hr match EXCEPT Black Friday, Cyber Monday and any other sale they have. They might as well say they don’t have a price match policy. It felt like they were rubbing it in as I continued to receive emails for the item I ordered but at a $300 discount all weekend, then Cyber Monday, then the sale was extended for another week but they were not going to let me have that price because I ordered a day too early. I think they make good products but just have terrible customer service policies.

You overcharged me for the item. I requested the overcharge amount be reimbursed. You said I was asking for a price match. I just want to pay the price that the pallet fork was advertised as when I placed my order. Then I had to modify my frame to get it to fit my Mahindra 1533 tractor. Never again. From now on I will buy my implements from Mahindra or Tractor Supply. Now I will contact PayPal. Maybe they will resolve this issue!

The piece of equipment that I purchased from Titan would probably be great if I could use it. The problem is that It was missing a key part and I'm being told that I would have to wait at least 3 weeks to get the part. I was even asked if there was a way I could fabricate the part until my part arrived!!! Then I was told I could return this piece of equipment, which is large and heavy, and then they would send a complete equipment. If they had checked to see if my order was complete in the 1st place we wouldn't have this problem. Customer service told me that all of this would have to be approved before doing either choice, which would take another few days.

Poor setup. Grapple showed up with 2 grease fittings missing. Two others finger loose and no grease in anything.

Got the attachment and the spears won't fit thru the holes they drilled. I called the manufacturer and they asked for pictures which I emailed to them and still no response back and still unable to use the attachment

Bought a landscape rake on a Black Friday sale and on Monday reduce the price again on the Black Friday sale. When I called customer service to make an adjustment, I was told they could not do anything because it was later than 24 hours. I’m planning on sending it back for a refund and get one from tractor supply!

The attachment works well. On the other hand warranty sucks! It was received missing some grease fittings. When I inquired about them mailing me 6 missing fittings they said that was not possible! The fittings still in the attachment were only finger tight upon receipt. After much run around they said for me to replace them and they would reemburse me minus any labor. I can't imagine that this could be easier or cheaper for them, because it isn't for me!

There is a reason the spreader is a reduced price-Not well made, cheap screws and hardware. Pillow block bearing had the bearings coming out-almost looked like they were used and one of the clutch assembly’s was smaller than the other. I Used the spreader for 1 week and already the hardware is already rusted. Website will not let you register your warranty and when requested the new parts the customer service representative ask me to source the parts and price and they would reburse me the money- I declined. I would have just sent the unit back for a refund but not worth the trouble of repackaging and sending back. Spreader does work just not well made

Wrong parts and can’t use attachment or put it together 5 days have went by since I called and emailed about the problem and to my knowledge still haven’t heard anything back.

Ordered >$7K, half of it didn't show up - something I didn't order did. So understaffed it takes days on hold to speak with an albeit very pleasant person; digital contact is mostly automated response. I'll admit to having no patience or empathy, and an understanding that anyone can just make $h¡t up, but I've got pictures and the driver's statement ... I'm onto week three waiting for my stuff.

I was happy with my 6 foot rake initially, then when I was grading my gravel road, using about 4-5 hours total, the cheap angle iron (L shape) that holds the tines bent upward on both sides. So if you can picture it, the very middle tines are at the original level, then as it tapers to ends, the tines go up because the bar that holds them BENT upward, so tines are no longer level to ground, thus not usable. I bought this thing to use regularly and maintain land, now I can't use it at all. ...Great. They sent an email saying expect 30-90 days for warranty. This sucks. Spend the extra money and buy quality. At this point, I'm just ticked off. Do NOT recommend. @Titan-take this thing back and give me back my money and I will write a review that reflects that.

Titan provides plenty of automated communication, but little opportunity to quickly resolve an issue. In 2 attempts, Titan has failed to send the complete product. Both packages arrived in boxes that had obviously been taped back together.

Customer service would not work with me regarding some pricing issues. Stood behind a company policy issue. Watch the pricing of the items. They will not honor any price differences or even match their own pricing. Once you purchase, you are on your own.
