Was disappointed that product wouldn’t fix on tractor due to pins not lining up with tractor arms waiting to hear from Titan.

I ordered a ballast box. I finally had a chance to unpackage it and get it ready for use. Very disappointed in the quality of the manufacturing of this product. I know it is made in China, but many Chinese manufacturers are very good. However, this manufacturer needs to be retrained on basic manufacturing, measurements and inspection processes. The two brackets (that hold the top center Pin) had the holes in different locations. This was off by approx 3/8". This made the pin be at an angle instead of parallel with the box. Also, those brackets were not spaced evenly from end to end. This was not shipping damage. It was clearly a manufacturing issue. I do have pictures I will try to post somewhere.

I would have entered ZERO stars if possible. I bought the 60” Clamp On Debris Forks and have nothing good to say about the experience. Titan shipped the first set of forks without the screw clamps. Then I got 3 weeks of excuses and fake shipping claims with tracking numbers that would be returned to Memphis instead of being delivered. The “shell game” continued. I requested approval to order similar threaded clamps from a 3rd party but Titan made it difficult to determine the thread size. The Product Dept could not find engineering drawings on the forks which speaks volumes for Titan’s lack of competence. After the thread size was finally determined, Titan declined to approve reimbursement for a separate purchase of threaded clamps. A second set of forks were shipped that bought Titan Attachments another 2weeks. This set was also delivered without the threaded clamps so I refused the shipment. After over a month on an initial order with a 3-5 day lead time (quick delivery was a main factor in choosing this brand) I initiated a return. I finally ordered a competitors product from Northern Tool and have already received them and I’m extremely happy with my decision. The new forks are better built at roughly the same price point. I left a couple of honest reviews on the Titan site but they were filtered out by the company’s moderators. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on buying from Titan. You will be glad you did.

I was shipped pallet forks that were welded incorrectly and would not fit. After 6 days with no response I made them fit by grinding the pin. Here’s the response from customer service. No apology or offer to correct the problem, just revoking of warranty. What a joke of a company. ———————————————————- Hi Ryan, Thank you for submitting a warranty claim ticket with Titan Titan Attachments. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your claim due to the unauthorized modification made on the attachment which is grinding the pin. That has voided the Warranty. How I wish we were contacted first of the issue at hand so we could have authorized that so as to not void the warranty. What we can only suggest now is to cut the tabs and reweld it on the correct position. And just a reminder, since the warranty is now voided, we will not shoulder any repair cost in order to make it fit. Christen Product & Warranty Titan Attachments Support

One of the worst customer service and shipping experiences I have had. I still do not have the complete order and I was told yesterday that it could take an additional 5 days for the missing parts to ship. So I am waiting to complete the job I purchased the product to complete. Additionally there is absolutely no reason I had to speak with 4 different people in customer service to get the missing parts shipped.

A nice sturdy product that is well built and exacly what I was looking for. Other than that it has been a horrible buying experience. I had to pick the crate up at the delivering carrier after I was told it was lost in transit. I spent hours with the carriers to track it down and finally drove an hour from the house to load it up myself. One week after the original delivery date. Insult to injury, I did not get the hoist that I purchased along with the crane and have been trying to get refunded for the item I never received. Titan is now requiring that I prove it didn't come with the crane. Infuriating!

This attachment broke also. I did the online warranty claim and have not heard back, again. I even said I'd fix it, just send me the parts.

Ordering was easy. I received several notifications the item shipped and several more stating the item was returned to the shipped. I finally got frustrated and called Titan, and spoke to a customer service rep who was very hard to understand. I told her I was not canceling my order and I would wait. I picked up my forks from FEDEX and the packaging was completely torn up. I read the same issue from other customers. The forks look to be well-built. I noticed several paint chips on the forks but then again it will have more.

The black quick attach plate I purchased is poorly made. It is warped very badly length wise.

Bought a 8 foot scraper blade for the three point on tractor finally when I showed up parts were missing and paint was really beat up everyone that seen it sitting at shop thought it was used. Then first time using it doing snow hit a rock frozen to the ground and Bent the pin to make it swivel plus torn some of the metal what is the pin goes in, so had to spend some reinforcing some things still waiting on the lift pins that I was supposed to get an email saying that they are ship. For now I just have bolts in the three point so I can at least use it, snowed again work good this time.

Overall not happy! First you sent the wrong box blade then the correct one came and it’s missing parts. Called to get the missing parts and as far as I know they still aren’t shipped. Going on a month now since original order. Meanwhile my driveway is a mess. Unacceptable 👎👎

I want a partial refund for the horrible Svc, I order my forks a month ago and still haven’t gotten my order. I’ve called and called left messages and I get nothing back.you will be out of business within a year,,HORRIBLE !!!!

Very disappointed! Accidentally ordered wrong item. In the next minute I put a request in to cancel that item and not ship it out. Being a weekend said the response would be looked at on Monday morning. Called first thing Monday and talked with associate. She said tracking number already made and can't change it. Will not do business with you ever again and plan to do another review.
