Horrible customer service and inadequate setup instructions. Do not purchases this product.

The fence stretcher arrived fast, after putting it together we found out that metal was bend, the holes don’t like up with bolts which makes it impossible to clamp in the field fence. Immediately messaged Titan, we’re going on a week now and it’s been extremely hard to get assistance. Was asked to send proof with pictures, did that, and their response was, ‘is there any way you can fix it yourself?’ Bolts and holes would have to be torched and welded, metal would have to be bend out of shape. Is it that weird that when you order a brand new attachment that it should work properly and not have to be rebuild? Is that just me? Anyways. Still waiting to hear back, I don’t think it’s that hard to send a replacement and pick this one up. It’s been frustrating and I’ve been very nice an patient all week.

Your choice of LTL carrier SAIA missied two delivery appointments. This cost me two full dsys off work, adding $500 to the total cost for the $599 Stump Bucket. I will not purchase from Titan until I have a guarantee SAIA is not the LTL freight vendor.

I ordered (3) attachments during Black Friday- one of which was not on sale so I called to see if there was a sale price, I was told "no". The very next day (after I placed my order) Titan emailed me saying that the attachment was now on sale but I was told I could not have the sale price without returning my order and paying a $400 restocking fee. Then another attachment from this same week shipped half of the pieces and the other half will now not arrive for 6 weeks. This is the worst customer experience I have had with a company in a very long time.

Doesn't fit mahindra tractors. Will have to painstakingly fix it myself. But bucket seems built decent. Has a weird dip in the middle though.

Received an email that the item was delivered yesterday 12-7-22 but as of 8:30 am 12-8-22 the item has still not been delivered.

Can’t get through any one in the company on Questions , you sell a product and do not inform the buyer about the Hydraulic needs a hydraulic unit to operate the Flairshaft and your company does not Sell one. So now if I can’t buy one I will have to send this unit back. Not happy

The jury is out, so far you did not do well at all. The attachment came damaged. I immediately notified Customer Service and they did get back to me but they asked me to wait so they can develop a resolution, it's been several days. I bought a brand new unit and paid close to $500 dollars and what I got was something damaged and NOT new. I'm very disappointed but hope you make this right.

I was told I would get a call back multiple times and did not. I ask for a refund on a product that only partly arrived and all of the discount was applied to the refund leaving me with 1/2 the other half of the product that i would never have bought paying full price and I still need to find the other half. I think it should be the opposite. I would appreciate the call i was told i would be getting to work this out. Matt 651-356-4998

Since this is a company review, I’ll lead with the key point: You should avoid Titan Attachments like the plague. It's obvious that something has gone seriously wrong with them during the Sep-Nov 2022 timeframe; all you need to do is read the large number of negative customer reviews posted on this site during that period. Read on for one such review based on my recent experience with them. Ordered a "scratch-n-dent" Cat 0 3PH pine straw rake via phone in mid-October 2022, because I wanted to confirm that it would be functional, and wanted to know what they would do if it was not (you’ll understand why I quoted scratch-n-dent later in this review). The friendly, helpful salesperson assured me that it would be functional, but would likely have some scratches and dents. Fair enough, thought I. He said that if there were any issues with the rake that it would either be returnable, or that they would provide the missing parts. Given that I had just had an excellent customer service experience with my previous purchase of some bucket pallet forks that included a very quick warranty replacement of a part with a broken bolt, I felt confident placing my order. Reader, my confidence was misplaced. The rake was delivered in a box with no padding, so it had a chance to bounce around and generate additional scratches and dents. Not great, but not the end of the world. The real problem was that it was missing all the hardware and the A-frame bracket (the misnamed vertical bracket that connects to the top link of your 3PH), which means it was unusable. I contacted Titan’s customer support, and was assured that they would either refund the purchase price or provide the missing part and hardware within two days. That did not happen. Since then, I have contacted them multiple times via email and phone (34 days and counting), and their response continues to be repeating that they'll be sending the hardware and the missing part soon. Let’s just say that my confidence isn’t high at this point that this is going to happen. Also, for the record, Titan Attachments has their own definition of "scratch-n-dent" that differs from what they had posted on their site at the time I ordered the rake. As confirmed by one of their support people on the phone during the middle of this saga, Titan's definition of "scratch-n-dent" can include a box of non-functional parts, and there's no way you can tell that about your item until you receive it. In conclusion: if you do business with Titan Attachments, be prepared for a bad outcome. And I strongly urge you do not bother with anything listed as “scratch-n-dent”.

Purchased replacement parts….when they arrived, they were missing components. Contacted customer service, transferred 3 times, requested a supervisor and never did get to talk to or receive a call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TITAN!!! They do not know how to support their product or take care of the customer.
