First order took a month to receive because of Fed X's incompetency. Second order you sent the wrong part. Can't seem to get it right. Will look for another supplier.

I can't comment on the attachment I purchased because I haven't received the correct item yet. The Titan customer service is HORRIBLE. I have tried for weeks to resolve this problem. I ordered an attachment and paid for it, but then it was discontinued. Not until the shipment arrived did I find out that there was a problem. This was not what I ordered. When I reported it, I was initially told I got exactly what I ordered. I replied that that was false, but was again told I got what I ordered. Then when I sent Titan copies of my order, they finally informed me that what I ordered was discontinued so they sent me a similar attachment. I explained this did not fit my needs and wanted to exchange it for a different model. Titan's response was we can't do that. Send everything back and place another order. When I asked if could I get the same discount on the reordered attachment the answer was we can't do that. Titan has been unwilling to accept any responsibility for this problem or made any effort to resolve it. One email, before anything was shipped, notifying me the item was discontinued would have avoided the entire situation. Although I haven't tried the attachment I received, it appears to be well-made. Even if Titan products are good, do I want to do business with a company that treats its customers so poorly? If I have a problem with my attachment after I buy it, is this the type of support I should expect? It is very disappointing that it should take this much effort to correct a simple problem like this.

The stump bucket was left by Fed Ex ground at the top of my driveway approximately 200 ft from my garage. This is unacceptable. Package weighed more than 300lbs.

Product was shipped without any protective packaging and arrived damaged. Contacted Titan and send pictures of damage as requested by Titan representative. After 3 days I two calls.that I made, still no response. I have a business with over 100 tractors that I was planning on upgrading with pallet forks and was hoping to find a cost effective alternative better than local options and Titan has a product that matched my needs, unfortunately a lack of proper packaging and poor customer support has made this an unpleasant experience.

The item was damaged and I did not receive it. I can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss it. I have paid for an item and I have not received it.

Bought a $3000 grapple. It was so poorly built that it didn’t even mount straight onto the loader. The pins were off. Apparently, from the other negative reviews, this is coming. This company and its products are garbage.

Price and delivery was great. Follow-up sucked. The shipping label took off paint from the weight box when I removed it. Titan offered 10% discount from next orde. I told them I’d like an install video on the Quick Attach and Weight Box I bought as they weren’t fitting right. They have no videos. 🤦‍♂️

If I could I would leave a negative star for this attachment. I purchased it because the site said it would fit my ditch witch sk650. Once it arrived it wouldn’t attach to my machine. First I thought it was the hydraulic lines in the way, then I realized it was just the hydraulics themselves. I contacted customer service and their reply was “we don’t have a list for every machine they fit or don’t fit”. I’m extremely disappointed. Now I’m either stuck with it or stuck paying the return shipping. Not sure if I will be buying from them again.

It was out for delivery for over a week, Got it the paint is chip off and one of the forks is lower then the other.

got a new skid steer stump grinder . The hyd control valve did not work AT ALL . It went side to side and up & down really fast the valve did not control it at all. I call to get them to send me a new valve and was told I had to file a warranty on line & it would be reviewed in 48 hours and email what they wanted to do.. Very very poor service this has not been used at all did not work out of the box. Now I can't use it until they decide what they want to do..

Worst customer service ever. Product came damaged. They were initially unwilling to do anything to resolve it. Eventually they offered a 5% refund. I bought it as one item for one price. They then only provided a 5% refund on one third of my purchase. Very poor customer service.

The first ballast box was lost in shipping. The second ballast box arrived with a crack at the upper attachment point. Titan has been notified and a case was opened. I am awaiting your response to correct the issue. The ballast box is not useable as received Bill McNamara 313 805 9281

Hi Kim, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had chance to check and the promo we had back then from 09/26 until 10/02 about getting 10% off for purchases above $500 automatically applies on check out. However, it cannot be applied to items that are on Back Order. I have had a chance to check and I can see that you order for the Landscape Rake was placed on 10/02, however it was on back order and was shipped on 11/09. My apologies again. The newsletter we sent regarding the promo had that disclaimer at the bottom. That it Excludes backordered and Scratch and Dent Items. My apologies again.

Delivered beat up rusted and needed parts replaced. Was actually missing the grease zerk that I had to find locally. Other parts shipped from titan took a long time to get making me rent a lift to set beams. Kinda defeats buying the boom attachment. They didn’t care about the bent and rusting step. Horrible customer service and quality control.

We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a part replacement was keyed and tagged delivered on 07/14 and on 08/02. A return request was offered while our parts team was preparing your order however, a reply was received that the dimensions of the Grease Zerks is needed and you may be able to source them locally. A 15% partial was offered as well but we never received a reply from the last email we sent on 09/19. My apologies again about this. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. Thank you very much for your consideration however.

First shipment fed ex returned for damage. Second one delivered late with no clamps you have no clamps, waiting over a week for authorization to ship another one that is complete. Going to have to write a bad review for the lack of timeliness in getting me the complete product due to authorizations required from management to ship second unit. I offered to install the clamp assy myself or to negotiate a credit to make them myself but no answer. It has been over 3 weeks and I still don’t know when I will have a working set of debris forks. Not to mention I already have paid for the debris forks. Poor customer service and management for having an approval process that is not responsive to the customers needs. I have a project that could have been done if the shipment would have been timely. Since then, we have gotten over a foot of snow and I waiting for the thaw this week to have a window do get it done but it sounds like you will make me miss it. If I get it this week it will be a month of waiting. If not, the delivery will be in excess of a month which is very poor when the item was in stock. Going to give it until 11/28/22 to post a bad review. Never done that before, I hope I don’t have to now.
