The bolt-on grapple is high quality and built well although there are no specific installation instructions for different loader buckets. I installed mine incorrectly even though I called before ordering to inquire if I needed to understand anything in particular. I also found another similar product at a different site for half the price.

Very poor customer service a follow up on issues. Purchased a product that I never received due to Fed Ex damage due to poor packaging. This occurred on three shipments. They owe me over $600 that was paid thru Pay Pal. Pay Pal will process these refunds instantly when the seller processes them. Titan has drug their feet for over 7 days delaying this refund keeping me from making a replacement purchase from a reputable company. Stay away from these people. They will apologize and apologize to passify the customer but they will not resolve these issues. Don't do business with these people. There are companies that will stand behind their products and customers

Pallet forks frame was not manufactured correctly, customer service offered absolutely no help other than return the part (with at least a minimum of a 20% fine).

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and I can see that unfortunately, the Scratch and Dent Frame that was ordered does not fit a 120r loader. My sincere apologies as we are limited to offering a return for a refund for items that were ordered in error. Items from our Scratch and Dent Category are not eligible for returns however, our product team has made an exception on your order however, that resolution was not accepted.

Talked to a Sales rep and was told an implement on Scratch and dent would fit fine on my tractor without having to modify it. Soon as it came in didn't fit tractor and scratched up brand new tractor trying to get it to fit. Now i have a chunk of metal sitting in my yard they wont do anything about after their Sales rep told me it would mount up.

Hi Jason, thank you for posting a review and my apologies aboit this. I have had a chance to check and I can see that one form our team has reached out regarding your inquiry and my apologies again as the Scratch and Dent Bucket on your order has a disclaimer on it's product page that it has an issue with fitting due to the with of the top hooks the attachment will not fully seat onto the John Deere Carrier. This can be corrected by cutting approximately 1/2" off the outer portion of the hooks so that they seat appropriately on the carrier.

Attachment broke within minutes of using it. It’s been two weeks since the warranty process began and I still don’t have an answer, a replacement or a refund.

Hi Joseph, thank you for the review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping and/or the packaging. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. Still, we value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the refund was issued on 11/14.

I ordered the 1/4-inch thick mount plate SKU 166100 for the price of $287.97 on 11/9/22 and received it on 11/14/22. Then I get an e-mail on 11/19/22 that the same item is on sale for $199.87. The difference in price including taxes is about $91.28. When I spoke with them on the phone they said they could (would) not make a price adjustment. I will never order from Titan from now on.

Hi Milford, thank you for posting a review and my apologies sir, shipping is still free, this would be a handling fee for oversized shipments. The handling fee is a service provided by the carriers. Most of our attachments are either shipped in steel Frames or on Pallets. The fee is determined by carriers for any shipments that needs special handling when being shipped. The fee is mentioned in our shipping policy and shows on the first page of the estimated cost on check out before payment. My pallet forks arrived all chipped up on the edges they obviously been rolling around the back of a FedEx truck all day they weren’t protected at all just metal frame to metal forks Really disappointing

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Zero accountability, everything showed up late, broken and wrong. The stuff that was broken they sent me parts to fix myself instead of just sending me a operating implement like I paid for. Complete joke. I’ll never use them again.

Attempted to cancel order prior to shipment and that was a cluster. Cancel order was done Sunday on a Saturday order. Said it couldn't be cancelled without a fee of $350. They shipped the item Monday late afternoon. Told me it was re routed to be sent back to them. A week later I am contacted by FedEx Freight to set up a delivery time. I told them to send it back and called Titan. They said it was rerouted and that I shouldn't worry about it. 2 days later FedEx attempted delivery. Titan was called and still said it was rerouted to them. Here we are almost a month later and still not item and no refund. Not only are the attachments cheap and disposable but so is the company. Will NEVER buy anything from Titan again but I do promise to tell EVERYONE about the experience and quality of the products they sell.... Old saying is true, you get what you pay for..... DIDN'T GET PRODUCT AND THEY STILL HAVE THE MONEY

I have had a chance to check and I can see that your order was placed on 10/29 and we did receive the email on 10/30, however, your order was already processed on 10/29. Due to fast turn around times, we cannot make changes to most orders once they are placed; this is to avoid delays on processing the order and also to avoid the instance that the information sent with the order is tampered or changed. My apologies as well as we the earliest that we can reply to an email sent on a weekend would be on the next business day. The order processed on 10/29 was shipped on 10/30. On 10/29, the order already can no longer be cancelled. My apologies again. I made a follow up and the item has been returned and the refund was issued on 11/23. My apologies about the time frame as for items shipped via freight, having it returned requires a new return label and a request sent to the carrier.

Hi Blake, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check your order for the Quick-tach Adapter and the attachment is made for Skid Steers which converts them into a hook and pin carrier commonly found on John Deere loaders. My apologies again as we do charge a return shipping cost to be deducted from the overall refund in the event that the reason for the return was a purchase error.

Bought the mount. A few weeks later goes on clearance for 60% off. Won't help out a loyal customer. I will no longer be a customer of titan. Incidentally the box was literally destroyed while being shipped. So I can't even return it.

I've given up on Titan! For the third time, you sent me the wrong frame!!!! Frames #2 and #3 were taken by the FedEx driver today for return. I request a full refund. I still have the two 42" blades, which if they won't fit on a John Deere frame, I will also be returning them. I honestly can't understand how you are able to remain in business. Chris Leubner
