I purchased a draw bar from you that was "scratch or dent" it was neither scratched or dented but missing the lower pins on either side. I tried sourcing them locally but they don't fit. I tried buying them form you but you don't sell them or don't have them in stock. I now own a hunk of metal that I can't use.

Order arrived damaged, sent over the requested information, no reply for 5 business days. I called several times and was told each time a manager would be calling me back within 2-4hrs, never received a call back. I've already purchased a replacement from another vendor so I could complete my project.

Really nice products but ship with fedex and they mess up every shipment. Stump bucket came damaged Grapple came late and damaged Pallet forks came in 3 packages and I only got 2 parts and took extra 10 days to get replacement They pick the shipping company so falls back on Titan

I am happy with the attachment but was VERY unhappy with the condition it arrived in. It looked like it was laying in a field for 2 years before you sold it to me. It was not in any way new looking when it came. It will keep me from buying any titan attachments in the future unless something is done. Thanks in advance.

When attachments arrive everything looks good and nice 3 days later unpacked connected to bodcat and connect hydraulic lines on it, open the grapple and close them all hydraulic lines blow up Call Titan lady helping me every time I ask any updates she only saying she’s not getting respond and will fallowing up, day go by again and still not heard from them

Attachment is unusable. Can not screw lower lift pins in. Welded wrong. Can not get no help from Titan.

I ordered my pallet forks on September 27th. The order taker was very nice and after a few emails to get my AG exemption the order was placed. The forks arrived in two days! I was impressed, however, I had to find them as they were dropped off at the wrong ranch and I had to go knocking on doors at other ranches to find them. I drove my tractor back to the property where they were delivered and found the fit on my tractor, John Deere 4044M, was very poor. On the drive back they bounced around due to the poor fit. After arriving at my place I looked closer at the fit of the forks on the JD front end loader and found the distance between the hooks on top and the pin below is too far which almost allows the whole frame to rotate off the hitch. I called Titan immediately and told them of the problem. I was told I needed to fill out a form for warranty work. I completed the form along with pictures the same day I received the forks, 9/29/22. I also looked at their pictures of the forks on a JD tractor and noticed the fit was much better in their pictures. I attached my JD bucked and a few other implements and found that the issue was only with the Titan product. On October 3rd I was emailed that they were working on the claim. On October 19th I was asked for more pictures and to take measurements from the hook to the pin, complied the same day, and my email was confirmed. October 24th I was told they are still working on it. It is November 1st today. I have received numerous emails asking me to review this product and I have been waiting to see if this matter would be resolved promptly, but it has not. I would also add that the loose fit of the forks on the pallet frame allows the forks to move laterally even though the pins, which are designed to keep forks in place, are locked down. If the mount had been made properly, the fit of the forks on the frame was better, and I had not had the experience of waiting for over a month for a decision on a warranty claim for an unused product, I would certainly rate this product much higher. If this is successfully corrected, and I can edit my review, I will do so.

I was sent the wrong part with my order, I contacted Customer Service to just swap the part out. Said they can not exchange the part for the correct part, but I would have to pay 140.00+ for return shipping and have to place a new order for the new part. The item that I ordered looks good but would be concerned with any customer service issues.

I had a chance to check and I can see that the attachment on your order was delivered with the right parts however, from the inquiry that was sent, it was too small as it was for a Mini Skid Steer, not for a Standard Skid Steer. Unfortunately we do not have an exchange option. Many times, you can use the measurements on the web to help you make that determination but if it does not fit, returning the item will have to fall within the return guidelines. I ordered the 84" titan clam shell rake and both cylinders stared shooting out hydrophilic fluid during the first use, Titan sucks! Poor manufacturing., but good thick steel. Chinese always build thing heavy duty, but they have no clue on how to finish anything and they use cheap everything

Would have given 0 Stars so far but the minimum you could select was 1 star - Titan sent me a pallet fork frame that looked used with significant damage from scrapes, scratches, and lots of bare metal and missing paint. Sent a complaint to customer service - still waiting on response.

Hi Corey, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a return order was keyed and the refund was issued on 11/30. My apologies again but thank you for letting us provide a resolution for you.

The first safety forklift pallet was delivered damaged. The replacement wasn’t damaged, but the paint was chipping and a lot of scratches. It definitely didn’t look like a quality product.

My current order was shipped with a large part missing. As it had been returned by another customer who I spoke with, this missing part had to be known by Titan before shipping it to me. It has taken WAY TOO MUCH time and effort to resolve the issue. The missing part has not yet been sent.

had to wait 5 months for a hose because they don't have parts. to this part to a hose shop and they said its British pipe thread and a odd size they said titan must have picked it so they could be one of the only places you could get the hose after 1 month of looking I called titian they jerked me around for a month with 2 people who did not speak English well. finally no help from them I find a part number to order they don't stock it so I go on a waiting list. get an email and I quote the part you requested is in stock! I ordered it says mild next month I will get it. I get on other word on it next month comes and goes no part I email well that will be sent next month. then the same for that month total I have had this less than a year and its been down for 6 months. now that winter is here in Maine I will have got my part just in time for the ground to freeze and the thing to be parked for a year. I have pulled my business from doing any more business with them because i cant trust i can get parts in a reusable amount of time! the 3 other purchases will be made with homestead implements

I ordered a Cargo Carrier with Ramp 11 months ago, and I had issues immediately with some of the hardware falling off the product. Then the hinge on the Ramp tore apart the other day... after using it about 10 times. They said that even though it is still under Warranty and that my use was under normal wear and tear, it would not be covered. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS titan again.... I have had a chance to check and our warranty team has made the assessment that the issues with the ramp came about due to normal use as it was stated that it was used multiple times already. While we do cover an item for 12 months, the Limited Warranty shall not extend to any product that has been subjected to general wear of a product due to normal use as it is to be expected.
