Pallet forks would not fit my skid steer plate due to a hay spike sticking out in the back of the frame. It's been 2 weeks now and customer service still has not offered to repair ot refund. I have been calling almost every other day

I noticed you dropped the price nearly $250 two days after I ordered it. I didn't have the product yet and you would not honor the new price. the managers were given every opportunity to do the right thing and they refused.

Item received was supposed to be scratching dent not missing key component parts. These parts had to be purchased at an additional cost and a waste of time with customer service. This makes two in a row for bad purchases from Titan.

The two manual wood splitters sent to me that were manufactured incorrectly - it's too small. The first wood splitter was supposed to split wood rounds up to 17.5 inches. The first wood splitter sent to me only splits wood up to 15.5 inches. The second wood splitter sent to me only splits wood up to approx. 15.75 inches. No manager or supervisor is willing to call me so far. How lazy of a company that can't verify its products are accurately manufactured when they are shipped to its warehouse(s). Some of the people I talked to at Titan were good, however, their hands were tied by bad workplace policies and lazy people in positions above them. Zero accountability and Zero quality control!!!!!

Received the rolling work table, opened the box and the table top had a huge dent on one corner, I assume it was dropped by the shipping. Notified Titan with pictures, they wanted me to accept the dent with a reduced price, with credit back to my CC. I have yet to see that credit. But they have sent me 3 emails asking for my review, here it is. Not impressed with their service.

My grandma told me more than 50 years ago.... "If you don't have anything good to say..... Don't say anything at all". Sorry. The mast plate went on a world tour for some reason and came late. The forks were okay, but no link pins as I expected. A week later when the mast plate showed up from outer space. Again no link pins to attach the forks to the mast plate. Plus there is no such thing as a manual for this kit. And for the price I paid, the kit should have had a cat one tractor frontend loader attachment parts (such as a 14" L x 3" W x 4" D 3/8" plate channel iron) with an explanation of machine holes for link pins and weld technique for the attachment. I would have saved half my money by starting from scratch.

Received an email within 24-48 hours after purchase notifying me that the item I ordered was now over 200 dollars cheaper after calling I was informed there was nothing they could do and if I wanted the difference I'd have to order a new item and pay return shipping on the item I just received instead of crediting back the difference they'd rather create more hassle for everyone

Attachment broke a few days after receiving it. It was being used as intended and they refused to fix it under the supposed warranty. Look up Titan in the BBB, you will see it is common practice with them.

Price dripped $200 5 days after I ordered. Got it all delivered and on my delivery day price dropped. They have a 24 hour price police but that leave me out… Happy with product so far, NOT happy with pricing and policies.

Horrible customer service. I will never order another item from you ever again. I'm sorry I purchased what I have. I ordered an item from the scratch and dent and when it showed up it had missing parts. Nowhere in the scratch and dent description did it mention you may be missing parts. Ralph with customer service should find a job in a box not talking with customers. One piece that probably cost less than $5.00 and they won't send it to me. I'm sorry I ever referred others to a company like yours. I will never do that again. Very disappointed with your service.

Still waiting to hear back from management on what they are going to try to do for me. Sent me the bale spear the first time and it looked like something that had been used with half the paint missing. The second one came and it’s just as bad. Cheap junk, I think next time I’ll pay a Little more and go to the dealership and buy something that’s going to last

I understand that it was a scratch and dent purchase. I wish I would have known there were no bottom lifting pins instead of there might be missing lifting pins. I would have bought them right away so the implement was useful. That was frustrating on my end to find the right ones that are needed since I'm new to this. I've bought a couple items from you wish this experience was better.

I will never buy anything again from this company. The part came and no hardware. Asked them to send hardware and they said it was out of stock. Then i asked them to reimburse me 30.00 so i could buy hardware. They refused. Ive bought other things from this company. But this will be the last.

I didn’t order this last shipment. Get rid of the people we talk to when calling. Can’t understand what there saying. I confused about some of the attachments, but they know less than I. I try to get a tech but can’t get past them. No more I’m done with you.

Was super excited to receive the ballast box for my 1025R tractor. Received it quickly, but it was trashed, looked like they dropped it off a forklift and then dragged it around the parking lot. I needed the ballast box for my current job so I asked for a credit instead of a replacement, also feared the next one would like the same. I will have to bend the unit back into place correctly and repaint it. They offered me a 5% credit!!, ($20). this unit cost me $400 plus shipping, they would have paid more for the call tag and shipping me a new one. I politely denied that offer and asked for $100 credit, which is more than fair considering the condition of the unit, they have yet to respond or send my call tag, very disappointed. I have to buy a lot of attachments for my tractor and will not be using them again.

I probably should leave 2 separate reviews - one for the product and one for the process. The product (Heavy Duty Rolling Platform Base) is definitely a "5" - if you get all the parts to put it together. Once assembled, the item is fantastic. Unfortunately, it has taken quite a while and several shipments to get there. The original order was for 3 rolling platform bases. Of the 3, only one arrived complete. The package for a second was badly damaged - with a large gaping hole in the box through which one set of wheels had fallen out of. The third item came loose with a replacement FedEx tag on it and a single set of wheels with a separate FedEx tag. Of the 3 items in the original order i was able to make two rolling bases. Customer service was very helpful - and promptly shipped out a 4th rolling base - and told me not to bother attempting to return the partial item that I had. It arrived with it's box virtually demolished - with a base and only 2 of 4 wheels and no mounting hardware. Another call to customer service resulted in them agreeing to send out yet another package - with the promise of making sure it was well packaged. This one arrived with the box in terrible shape - but containing all the parts. For this replacement, I am required to send back the previous incomplete shipment. I was sent a return shipping label - but now am faced with having to package up the loose parts. Unfortunately, to salvage either of the boxes that i have will take considerable effort - and has yet to be accomplished.

We make sure items are packaged properly as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the last replacement was keyed and tagged delivered on Thursday, 10/13. My apologies again about the other replacement that was requested to be returned as since it was only missing a couple of parts, our production team has decided upon that it needed to be returned. Thank you very much for your consideration and patience.
