We were not informed at any time the pallet forks themselves were the only thing shipping due to the frame being on back order until November 22. At no time were we apprised via website or email that half of our order would be delivered then. Everything stated quick complete delivery. Therefore we were left with just forks to unload 8000 pounds of feed. Needless to say we bought locally. Very, very poor communication on Titans part. It took 24 hours for a supervisor to contact us.

Usually, our website would indicate if an item is on back order with an estimated shipping date. My apologies that this information was not shown to you at the time of your order; it may have only been on the Frames page rather than on the page for the Frame with the Forks as the Frame was on the back order and the Forks were in stock. This company is a total joke. We are now on the 2nd shipment to correct a defective welded product that is a huge safety and liability issue. How about an attachment that falls off of a skid loader quick attach because it won't even lock on due to a dimensional welding issue. Takes days for responses to messages and very reluctant to resolve an obvious liability.

Have not received. Tracking shows its delivered. Will call the carrier Monday . This is the second order in a row with shipping problems. This order was lost and took a long time to get after call and eventually reordered.

Website says product kit is in stock. Order it. Says it has shipped. The day before it gets here I get an email saying the major frame component was out of stock but the spears were sent so refunded part of order. I called and said spears are worthless without the frame. That’s why I ordered as a kit. Customer service claimed they would refund entire amount. 2 weeks later and no refund. They conned me good.

The entire order was a mess. Everything from ordering to the crazy delivery company you guys used. No one who works for you knew where my order was and insisted my order shipped as one unit even when order arrive in two packages one week apart. Your screw up along with shipping company ment I was waiting for delivery that never came .....multiple days. I lost $800 dealing with you guys.

I have had a chance to check however and after a replacement was keyed for the bucket, the carrier pulled through and found it and has tagged it delivered on 10/12. We value our customers' experience and feedback and are constantly working with carriers to better make shipping time more efficient. I sure hope you give us another chance sir. My apologies again.

Because of my location the driver had the wiseness to call and ask if I thought the truck would have good access to my street. It was a 40 ft trailer. I told him no. It was originally to be delivered on Monday. It was redirected to Tuesday. Wednesday I got a call from the dispatcher and was told delivery will be today(Friday). It’s now 10 minors to 8:00am. I wont be here for the delivery, but hope it arrives. I’m not in a big hurry to get it, and I believe your people have been very professional about informing me as the status of my delivery. I hope it arrives today. Thank you.

The frame for the forks was just as beat up as the first one I requested. This is the RMA replacement. I understand that it will eventually get "worn" looking, but it would be nice if it stayed nice at least for a little while.

I ordered the tractor bucket forks and never received them. FedEx said they were delivered and handed to customer. We won’t home that day and when I got home, package was nowhere to be found. I contacted FedEx and they said they will look into it. Called me back 2 days later and said it was delivered, I asked if they had proof they sent me a proof of delivery but it didn’t have my address on it. I called Titan and they told me FedEx said they delivered package but a week later I still haven’t seen my package. Titan products pretty much to me to contact FedEx again and I’m still waiting on my forks to be delivered. It’s not Titans fault package wasn’t delivered but they aren’t trying to make it right either. I asked why they don’t require a signature for package that cost that much and I didn’t get an answer. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that FedEx was able to correct the update on the tracking number and delivered the attachment on 10/13. One from our team has made a follow up and thank you for confirming that the attachment was indeed received. Order was shiped especially quick. Received frame one day and Spears the next. Frame was not packed and is all scratched up. Tried mounting frame to my tractor, would not go in tbe hole. Upon further inspection saw that the weld was crooked. Sent pictures and now on my fourth day waiting for a new one to be sent and return label. This should have been done by now.

No instruction manual came with it. I called customer service, spoke with a woman who may have been in the Philippines (company outsourced their customer service). The lady didn't even know what a fertilizer spreader was. Craziest thing was I could hear her rooster in the background. I am not making this up. I will not do business with Titan again!

The bolts that were sent with my teeth were too small and not the correct size. Also was missing 4 nuts. I had to go buy the correct size bolts.

Stump bucket quick attach is loose and sloppy, poor quality control. Contacted Titan sent picture and they don’t seem to want to acknowledge the manufacturing defect!

I was charged $75.00 extra for shipping oversize and was told it was charged by shipper.I asked shipper and they said it was charged by Titan.I purchased three other items larger and weighted more and was not charged.Will not purchase from Titan again.

Hi Ronald, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. The $75 is a handling fee. The handling fee is a service provided by the carriers for heavy shipments. Most of our attachments are either shipped in steel Frames or on Pallets. The fee is determined by carriers for any shipments that needs special handling when being shipped. I have had a chance to check your previous 2 orders in May that weren't charged this fee and this was the only 2 orders that didn't register to be charged the handling fee even though the items were supposed to have had a handling fee.

belts did not fit my titan 155 flail. your info was sparse and confusing. this is my second flail. i love them. but, you guys have a major parts issue.

The belt on your order is a direct replacement to the 78" and 86" Offset Flail Ditch Bank Mower with item numbers 191519 and 191520 as shown on the item's details page. I have had a chance to check and the item numbers of the Flail Mower you ordered on 2021 is 191522 - 3 Point 60" Flail Mower. Sadly, we do not have spare belts for this Mower at the moment that can be keyed on a parts purchase request. Had nothing but problems, shipping was a mess. Finally get all parts delivered and implement didn’t fit my john deere tractor like it was advertised to. It took several hours of modifications to make it fit.

Also, we make attachments to fit the largest amount of machines as possible; however, I'm truly sorry as we were not able to factor this issue with fitting and what may allow the frame to fit a specific loader might cause it to become incompatible with a greater number of machines. Delivery was late, damaged with missing parts. The customer support has been slow, unwilling to expedite replacement parts and taking alot of time to process. Also received no response to my request for compensation on damage.

Product was rusted and paint was coming off of the entire piece. it actually looks like it was painted with rust on the metal. On the bottom of the ballast box one side is spot welded and the other is continuous. So it makes it look halfway finished. The slide to empty the box is bent on both sides as well. I've seen these at an implement store and they have never looked like this. I bought direct because they were out. There was a spot on your website to buy a scratch and dent product I did not check this but I feel I received one of those. Truthfully a finished product shouldn't look like this. I will have to sandblast and repaint.

Titan did a good job keeping me updated on the purchase. When I got it a lot of painted is chipped off and it looks very used. I’ll have to put in some work to actually make it look new again, before I even use it. Disappointed in the condition it arrived in.
