Poor customer service! Item was not shipped in a timely manner. Item was returned without ever receiving it. Item received in Titan Warehouse 2 weeks ago and I have not received a refund within the 2-7 business days. After calling, supposedly, I will now receive my refund in 2-7 business days. Buyer beware of Titans inability to comply with their own policies.

This is one of the most chopped up, pieced together attachments I’ve ever seen. I knew it wasn’t going to be on par with some of my land pride, CAT or blue Diamond attachments, but I couldn’t believe it’s this bad. The tubes are made to look solid but if you look close there they are bent and welding sheet. The thumb I ordered doesn’t even fit as pictured. Backhoe was missing zero fittings etc. trying to decide if it’s even worth keeping or will start rusting at welds in no time.

No instructions, looked up the manual online, says no assembly required. If the tines were attached, that would be true, but they’re not and they don’t fit into the holes.

I ordered a 2 ton gantry crane, received an opened, damaged crate with the wrong crane(1-ton). Called and was helped by a very courteous support person (was very helpful). Was shipped the correct crane but crate was damaged and opened when received, I refused the container (due to not knowing if parts were missing). I can not comment on the quality of tools, but the shipping department, and the carriers they use suck.

My order was not complete. I am having a very bad experience trying to get the missing parts. Communication is just awful with this company. When parts were shipped, they were the wrong parts.

Very Poor packaging, very poor customer service! Good product means nothing if you only have a picture of it. Ordered two times from Titan. Two different attachment plates. First time plate was wrapped in a small piece of cardboard ripped open and damaged. I sucked it up and fixed it. Can't expect the Fed Ex guys and gals to handle a 150lb plate with little to no packaging. No wonder the plate gets ripped out of the package and gets separated and lost during shipping. Titan continued to give me the run around for days. I had to call Fed Ex and travel to Fed Ex who also complain about their packaging. This issue is not a Fed Ex shipping problem. It’s a Titan packaging problem. They do not package properly and do not ship their products in appropriate packaging. Then they blame Fed Ex while the customer suffers. Took my money and still has not delivered my product. Titan will not send another plate. Still no plate and they still have my money. Day after day Titan gave me empty promises. Telling me I would receive the plate each day. Fed Ex has no idea where the plate is, and Titan has not addressed the issue. Customer is not taken care of.

Service sucks. Scratch and dent should mean scratch and dent not two parts missing. Follow Amazon's lead on there opened damaged product descriptions. What a joke!!!! Still haven't heard from customer service.

Said it fit wide works in a lot of reviews - in fact with lots of slop. We have "average" forks on a 4k lift. Had to cut it apart and essentially make a new one. Would not recommend. Can't imagine the forklift this fits on.

Horrible customer service. Won't stant behind their products. Will string you along for months and months without resolve and will even flat out lie to you. I've got a several thousand dollar piece of equipment from them that broke the very first use. The equipment has less than half an hour of run time, and has now been sitting for five months waiting for parts. They do not return calls and emails are mostly just generic, saying it's on the way. Do not use this company.

I purchased this extreme stump bucket and it was delivered on a Friday and I was working, so I put it on the next day before work eased it in the ground applied a little pressure and the top hooks brackets bent and I have been in contact with Titan for 2 weeks now and nothing has been done to fix this problem, I've bought several pieces of equipment from Titan and nothing like this has ever happened. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM TITAN THIS TIME. I thought they should have sent another one out and picked this one up but they wanted me to go have it checked to see what it would cost to fix it and send them a quote to see if they approved it, I told them I live 60 miles or so from anyone that could do the work and I didn't have time to run it here and there. So I still have a bucket that is of no use to me.
