Product was very poorly packaged resulting in me receiving a heavily dented and damaged product. Carrier refused to use the lift gate because of how poorly packed it was so I had to unload it myself in the road

The metal on this attachment is too thin. The bolts have bent through the metal from the weight of the aerator. Terrible design, would like a refund.

Very poor fitment with a 2” ball bar hitch. Measured with a micrometer it was 2.3” thereby excess slop creates a significant safety risk. I have taken pictures and sent them in for review. Being my first tractor attachment I’ve bought from Titan I am massively disappointed.

I purchased a “scratch and dent” tractor 🚜 movement. When I received it, the amount of damage to the implement was just short of catastrophic. Paint was bubbling from underlying rust of the metal and as the result paint was flaking everywhere. Before I purchased I specifically inquired about the level of damage and was told by e-mail that the damage was purely cosmetic. Well, I don’t consider bubbling paint from underlying and hidden rust t be just “cosmetic”. I have complained and am awaiting an answer as to what, if anything Titan will do. I have already been told the item cannot be returned. I am a repeat customer having previously bought a skid steer root rake that I am happy with but i grade this transaction an F- due to misrepresentation of the damage to the equipment.

Hi Tony, thank you for the review and my apologies for the experience you have had with your order. My apologies as we do not have first hand information on what specific issues the items have that are on our Scratch and Dent Category list. Items from this category can be delivered with scratched surfaces resulting to areas missing paint but should not impede the function of the item. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a resolution was offered which was accepted. My apologies again however, thank you for your consideration.

This is my third time ordering a UA pallet fork base. All three have come in damaged over the course of 6 months. I went ahead and ordered this one with bail spears because the price was about the same if I had ordered the base by itself. All three units had dents and bends in the frame…. And a lot of paint rubbed off. The one I have now, I will have to paint to keep It from rusting so fast. Buyers beware.

Poor communication, had to call several times to find out where the product was located. Sat at one shipping terminal for 4 days until I finally called. Then sat at another terminal for three days until I called . Titan then informed me that I had to call and schedule the delivery. This should have been relayed when the order was placed. Instead I spent over 5 hours of my time to find out where and when the product was going to arrive. Oh and if I hadn’t called Titan to get the number where it was sitting at the last terminal when I did they where going to ship the product back to Titan. Just poor communication and the part of Titan on how the shipping was set up. Took over 12 days for product to arrive to me.

Hello Todd, Thank you for your review and honest feedback about your your order. We sincerely apologize we were not able to provide a positive experience for you regarding shipping. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the Freight Carrier picked up the shipment 08/26, 24 hours after your order was placed and had reached out to their partner carrier on 09/02 to continue the delivery. On some cases, Freight Carriers tend their shipment to their partner carriers if they do not have delivery routes on the listed shipping address. My apologies again as all information is given to the partner carrier including contact information and when to schedule a delivery; my apologies if this was not done. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions made by carriers. This could've been handled better had they contacted you to provide updates regarding the shipment. My apologies again.

This has been the worst experience ever getting equipment. 2 weeks ago I ordered the 72” Arena spin harrow drag. It arrived disassembled then all the parts were not with it. I called immediately and was assured the parts would ship out within 24th yes and arrive within the week. A week later I called since I haven’t received the parts and was told they never shipped but would within 24 hours. This is the worst customer service ever!!!

Hi Charles, thank you for posting a review and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a full replacement was keyed on 09/20 after our parts team was not able to source the missing parts however, it would seem the full replacement also came with a missing part. A resolution was offered however, I can see that a return for a full refund was keyed instead and the refund was issued on 10/10. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. Thank you very much for your patience in working with us and for letting us provide a final resolution for you.

I NEVER RECEIVED what I ordered, And you still didn't return my money, So what is there to like? You either have No concept of doing business, or you're deceitful . I would never recommend Titan Attachment to anyone,Not even a Democrat. If you don't intend to fill the order, Please stop bothering me, And I'll let the credit card people straighten it out.

Delivered to the wrong address and the box was torn open because of the large weight amount. Should have not placed ten (10) assemblies in a cardboard box. Also was missing one (1) piece item 834-23. Jeff Powlas

We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up items to be shipping if the packaging is compromised. My apologies again as any item less than 150 lbs. most of the item is shipped in one box. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement order for the missing piece was keyed and tagged delivered on 09/09. We sent an email as a follow up on 09/12 however, we've yet to receive a response. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working to make sure items are delivered complete and also to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit; making it less likely that pieces will be lost while in transit. Thank you for letting us turn this around for you.

My box showed up destroyed. I sent pics in an email and was asked for more pics. I got an email saying it would take up to 5 days to ship missing parts. I guess now that they have my payment I’m not much of a priority anymore. One would think that this should be expedited immediately. I’ll just sit here and wait till you decide I need my parts on your terms… unacceptable is what it is!!

I seldom ever give a bad review, but the item arrived and you would think for the price it would come assembled and with all the parts. So I have had the item for about 5 days and can’t use it since parts are missing and have to wait for the parts

Only shipped 6 of the 30 needed tines for rake and no chisel tips for the cultivar. Waiting for response to see if it will be fixed with the proper parts

The HANGING TREE FOR TRANSFORMER TRACTOR HITCH did not work it will not fit any standard hitch I have, it is some odd size, and it will cost more to ship it back for a refund than it’s worth, don’t buy this item. At this point I’ve wrote this off as a expensive boat anchor !
