Really going to ask for a review, I purchased this product last week delivered on Monday 8/29 recieved a sale flyer on Thursday 9/1 the same part is now on sale. lIKE YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT THREE DAYS EARLIER,

Hi Jean, thank you for the review and my apologies as we do not have first hand information on when items will be on sale or when specific sales will happen except for Sales that happen annually like the 4th of July or Black Friday; how much the price will go down and/or what items will be on sale are information that either our sales team nor our customer service team knows . We do have a sales price adjustment however, it can only be applied if the item goes on sale 24 hours after the order being placed. My apologies again.

Never again will I order from you. Cost me restock fee and not my fault. I give up and you lost a customer over 60 bucks. Enjoy it. I bought same product on Amazon for 200 less

Hi John, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the order was placed on 08/21 and was processed and assigned a shipping label on 08/22. Due to fast turn around times, most orders cannot be cancelled after being placed and either a reroute request with the carrier or a return once delivered are the options that we can provide for a cancellation request. An order confirmation would've been sent to your email address after your order was placed; on some cases. it it sent to the Junk Folder depending on your email settings. My apologies again as orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse team for processing time and once there, an order can no longer be changed nor cancelled; An exception would be either the item is on back order or if the information on the order needs to be verified before being processed. I have had a chance to check your account and I can see that the refund has been issued on 09/02. My apologies as a restocking fee will be deducted from the overall refund as a cancellation request was received after the order has been processed.

The rear blade is poorly designed. The attachment is too close to the tractor which makes it difficult to rotate 360 degrees. Also, when leveling gravel the pressure on the angled blade caused a small gap between the 3-point hitch and the blade around the angle locking pin. This gap allowed the lateral forces to bend the angle locking pin, which occurred within 20 min. I did not realize how this had happened and requested a replacement pin from Titan. When I got the replacement part, I checked again that connection bolt was as tight as I could get (tight enough to make it difficult to rotate the blade) and then used the blade again. The gap was formed immediately with pressure, but the pin did not begin to bend for about 10 minutes. I replaced the locking pin with a 3/4” bold, forcing the plates to stay together, and I have not had any further problems in the last few weeks of use. However, that work around does not make it easy to adjust the blade angle. I would not recommend this implement. I would also note that in reviewing the other reviews, both of these issues were noted by others, I just missed it before.

I ordered 2 items parts were missing from both and They've still not sent the missing parts. Very poor quality and do not make good when they screw up an order

Item arrived missing parts, now waiting for a replacement and have to send back what I received. Very dissappointing. My previous experiences with Titan went very well but cannot say the same of this one

Ordered 3 items total, 2 of 3 items showed up very beat up and paint all chipped off. Also, I ordered a 48” Debris rake, they sent a 72” rake missing the clamps and paint chipped off. They also sent via FedEx ground, which would not deliver it because it was overweight. So I had to drive 2 hours to pick up the wrong product. Have been waiting 4 days for a callback from customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible weld jobs and the customer service is horrific. The plow (model # SP240) that I purchased lasted less than 2 hours before it broke. The warranty department does not allow phone calls and only communicate via the warranty claim link on their website. To this day they continue to not provide any assistance and have yet to honor their warranty they advertised when purchasing. I sincerely regret purchasing from this company. Steer Clear unless you just want to purchase scrap metal and don't need any customer assistance or a warranty claim.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement parts order was keyed on 08/31 and the items were tagged delivered on 09/04 and 09/06. While I realize this is a scratch and dent item it was very misleading. This unit came with dirt and seeds and hair in it. Also, while they advertise hardware may be missing they packaged the unit in a fashion where the hardware could fall out of the box. Sloppy. Very sloppy. After being a satisfied two time customer I am rethinking my association with Titan.

Very dissatisfied with this order. I ordered the wrong category hitch which was my mistake and I contacted customer service immediately before the order left Titan's facility to get the right one but was told that nothing could be changed. I would have rated this as a 5 in the past because I had always received excellent service in the past but because of the poor service I received this time I will do business elsewhere in the future.

Never got the attachment. Was returned to your warehouse where I had to pay a restocking fee. Now looking elsewhere for the same part. Would have been happy if you would have just redirected shipment to the right address. Apparently that wasn’t an option. Looks like redirecting to me would have been just as cheap or even less than retuning to you.

First time ordering. Ordered a part from there scratch and dent department. They shipped the wrong part and when I contacted them the only option they offered was to return it for my money back. I feel like since it was a problem on there end they should have got me my correct part at the discounted price. Now my project is another week behind.

Very poor packaging for such a heavy piece of equipment. It weighs over a hundred pounds and in several pieces. It was a miracle that any pieces were missing so far. Starting to put it together today. This is the second piece of equipment I bought and both times the packaged arrived all taped up and numerous holes in the box. Not sure if I wanna go through this again?. Not sure what u could do but if all pieces were put in secure and separate sections with stronger cardboard and taped to the box so they couldn’t move around in shipment maybe that might help. Making the shipper more responsible for taking care of the package instead of just handling it without care. I’m sure what ever u do will raise the cost of delivery!. Good luck!

Right out of the box no I’d plate for you could see where it was to go box not there can’t ever get insurance they need a serial number first. Three grease fittings was broken off . On first try out belts keep slipping and smoking made adjustments but don’t think this is the problem. No manual so have to keep going to internet witch is a pain in the ass. Will be calling office tomorrow for a new series plate with ID so I can insurance it . So far quality is very poor will try again if not better on the next try I will be asking for my money back.

I ordered the pipelayer attachment four months ago, they took my money. No irrigation project. Then, get e-mail pipelayer is shipped, awesome! Never arrives, tracking number says never picked up by shipper. Customer service, despite my asking please send it when you get it in stock, said they cancelled my order. I have not gotten the pipelayer or my money.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that a shipping label has been assigned on the attachment however, the carrier never updated the tracking number. After 7 business days of no movement, the shipment will be considered lost and we can do a replacement only if the item is in stock. We cannot do a replacement order for an item that has no restocking date. I can see that the refund has been issued on 08/21. My sincere apologies sir. I hope you will consider placing an order with us again.

I requested a call back everyone I talk to told me customer service will call you back! I told them no I’ll never get called back! I did not get called back I’m not happy with the service! The piece is a bought I’m happy with y’all need to do something with customer service! But as usual it’s always the customer fault. If I could talk to someone I can prove it’s not customer this time!!

Hi Joey, Hi , thank you for the review and my apologies about this sir. I have had a chance to check this and my apologies as due to fast turn around times, we cannot make changes to most orders including cancelling the order. Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse team as soon as they are placed and once there, changes can no longer be made. A rerouting request with the carrier has been offered but was not accepted. This is usually the only option that can be done when an order is requested to be cancelled after it has been processed. I can see that a return was keyed and a refund has been issued on all the items that were returned from the 25th of August to the 29th. My apologies again sir.
