So I ordered forks for my tractor. A box of shelving showed up so I called Titan to find out about my forks and to return this shelving I didn’t order. The lady tells me that as soon as I return the shelving they will send the forks. So the next day I return the shelving and one fork shows up, (1) fork, not the frame or two forks, but one fork! Several days later the frame shows up so now I have a John Deere unicorn! Then several days later my other fork showed up. I’m real disappointed with that kind of service. I feel like because of Titans mistake of sending the wrong package then I was punished. Poor service.

The roll pin doesn’t fit the holes. I ended up buying new lift pins and John Deere bushings. I did use one of the roll pins to attach the John Deere bushing to the replacement lift pin. So I guess I bought a very expensive roll pin.

Order # SO0000042577. I wanted to purchase a grapple,, but with so many to pick from and understanding I have a compact tractor I called in to talk with a sales rep who I thought would steer me in the correct direction. I provided my specs for the Tractor and the Loader. The sales rep provided a solution.. So I purchased it.. But once I received it I found that it was way too heavy for my loader. I would think that Titan would take back this equipment with no cost to me but I found that they want me to pick up the shipping, to return this item. I am very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for my next attachment needs.

Hi Shannon, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and I can see that one from our team has reached out and offered a resolution which was accepted. We make attachments to fit the largest amount of machines as possible; however, my apologies again as we were not able to factor this unforeseen issue and what may allow the frame to fit a specific loader might cause it to become incompatible with a greater number of machines. I have no idea how good the product works. The crew can't seem to organize themselves in a meaningful way to send me the right parts in a single shipment so that I can put the product together to use it.

My apologies again as we had to send an order request for proprietary parts if we do not have enough stock to key on a replacement order. Not good couple hours after looking on Internet for a skid steer attached fence post and tree puller I ordered it, and within two hours when I got the confirmation the one that you confirmed was for a John Deere tractor therefore not fitting my skid steer. I’ve had to spend $200 to have it modified to couple to my skid steer. I contacted you within two hours it was still in the warehouse but because you so-called pulled it from your shelf and had it waiting on FedEx you refused to modify my order start my order and switch it to a skid steer attachment style therefore forcing me to receive one that I did not order in the first place, a form of fraud on your end

Says it fits a John Deere hook up it doesn't not sure what it would fit had to cut some thing off and ad others modifying it made it fit. If you don't have the ability to modify things don't buy it.

Still waiting on someone to call The man I spoke to should be answering calls for repairs. Has no clue what he's doing. 7272430917 I've bought a couple things from u guys this is why I bought another thing. If this doesn't get resolved to my satisfaction I'll make sure I just don't buy from u again.

1) Promised delivery within the week; took two weeks 2) fittings came with 1/2 ag npt… didnt ask what was needed… I should’ve asked if i had known to. They need a drop down selection of what fittings to go on hydraulics. 3) I’m a newbie so i take the blame but they are the experts and should’ve known to ask.

Hi Rob, thank you for the review and my sincere apologies for the experience you have had with your order. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the order was placed on 08/01 and it was picked up on 08/02 and tagged delivered on 08/12 which was the selected delivery date after an appointment was asked by the carrier via phone call on 08/10. My apologies again regarding shipping; Large items (over 150 lbs.) that are shipped by freight lines and are normally delivered in about 1 week (most are delivered in less than 1 week, but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days). Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. My apologies as well about the information on the style of the Couplers. Our John Deere Grapples are equipped with 1/2" Pioneer/Ag Style Couplers; these styles are the defaults ones that comes with the Grapples and selecting a different style is not offered at the moment as these are one of the most commonly used hydraulic fittings, aside from an O-ring Style or a Mated Style or SAE. Adapters can be used when a different hydraulic coupling can be fitted if it doesn't match your machine. However, I do understand that this information could've been provided proactively; we missed this mark sir as this is not the most commonly asked question we get when these attachments are inquired upon. My apologies again.

Product quality was poor. Welds are not professional and appear to to only have penetrated one side in many places. Gussets are crooked, and some cracks are visible in the welds. I would like to exchange this product for one free of defects. If Titan views this as acceptable craftsmanship, I would like to return this product.

Very unhappy. part appears to be a used part with missing parts. still have not received the replacement missing parts, so can not even see if it will function properly. this was sold to me as a brand new scratch and dent unit, fully functional. that was a LIE. there is still dirt and mud and grass packed in the crevices of the unit. apparently, no one at TITAN inspects their shipments. Truly disappointing.

My apologies also as items from our Scratch and Dent Category cannot be considered new however, it should still be functional with no proprietary parts missing. We can key a parts order when this happens however, after checking this, I'm afraid we do not have spares of the part that was missing on your order to key on a replacement. I can see however a full refund has been issued. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. We value our customers' experience and are constantly working with carriers to improve our packaging so that it can endure the rigors of transit; making it less likely that pieces will be lost while being shipped. The forks came very quickly which was great but they were scratched so badly. It was my husband's anniversary gift and I'm disappointed with the deep scratches on something I paid so much for.

VERY disappointed , I ordered what you called a scratch and dent bale spear frame and (3) 32 inch tines on 02 August and on 09 August (a week later) I got an email stating some of my order was canceled and some was on its way. I dont understand I have an email confirming my order was sucsessfully placed, a week later you tell me my item is out of stock? Now I have (3) spears and NO frame. I have purchased (6) attatchments from you over the last few years and had no trouble, but this order was really messed up. I feel the customer service was VERY POOR !! Last Friday when i talked to your sales dept. he told me the only way to get the frame now is as a package with tines? Since the screw up was not on my end, I dont see why you cant send me a FRAME like the one in my order (soooooo42639) for the price on the order when it is in stock. waiting for your response. If there are 5 persons who ordered the same item simultaneously, only 1 will be fulfilled, and the rest will eventually be canceled if the warehouse team can't source a stock.
