I ordered a 9ft fork-mounted carpet pole attachment for my forklift it came with no pole. I feel like you are just brushing it off. the attachment is worthless without the pole.

I tried to get a refund a hour after purchase and you wanted $250 to cancel order and the product hadn’t even left the building yet I would not recommend or ever purchase from you again!

Hi Ben, thank you for the review and my apologies about this sir. I have had a chance to check this and my apologies as due to fast turn around times, we cannot make changes to most orders. Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse team as soon as they are placed and one there, changes can no longer be made, including cancelling the order; it will start to be processed based on the information attached. I can see that a rerouting request with the carrier has been offered but was not accepted. This is usually the only option when an order is requested to be cancelled after it has been processed. My apologies again.

PTO turns but nothing coming from the transfer case. The online manual is schetchy and no one is available to answer customer service phones.

Order #11100279837, Rolling Work Table. When I received the shipment the end of the box was completely missing. All of the pieces were there except for the hardware (screws, etc) that I need to assemble and use the items. I submitted a Service Request on 8-8-22 and have received no reply or confirmation. I guess the only way to get attention is to give poor reviews. Would be nice if you could send the bag of screws, etc that I need to assemble this product...

Item was missing one component. Called. Could not replace item. Offered $20 refund and suggested to find part locally. After accepting $20 refund, it turns out part cannot be found locally or nationally because thread size is non standard. Complete waste of $80.

The cut is absolutely horrible. There has to be some mod available. Literally does not cut, basically pushes grass over. I guess I will sharpen the blades. I've used it once. 33hp tractor. Titan makes great stuff but this one missed the mark.

Hi Jason, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. I have had a chance to check and due to fast turn around times, we cannot apply changes to most orders placed. Once an order for an in stock is placed, the order is sent directly to our warehouse team for processing. They cannot apply changes to an order, only process the information that is sent and so this would be why we weren't able to manually change your shipping address. We usually all the carrier to change the shipping address while in transit however, I can see that that option was not accepted. My apologies again.

Sent the wrong product. had to reorder. plus, the wrong product container was destroyed and I have to figure out a way to get it back to you.

Hi John, thank you for the review and my apologies for the experience you have had with your order. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement has been keyed and tagged delivered on 08/12. I do empathize with you regarding having to return the wrong item and providing shipping materials for it. Unfortunately, carriers do not accept items for shipment if it's not prepped for transit. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. Thank you however for letting us correct this for you and also thank you for responding to our follow up email.

I have bought products from titan before with no issues but this time has been a mess. communication is terrible I have talked with someone several times and still do not have or know where my stuff is. I received 1 of 5 items and I get a congratulations. order placed 7-20 and expected 7-26 now 8-8 and no details of when i will get the rest. when there is a problem we should be able to talk to someone at the company not a call center somewhere with a barking dog.
