Website says product in stock. Ordered product. Two days later, after it's supposedly shipped with a fed ex tracking number, titan e-mails me and says product no longer available. Sold out. Huh. I received many e-mails from titan. Product will be refunded, product running late, product not available. Which is it titan? Guess what? Five days after ordering product that is supposedly sold out, titan's web site still shows in stock. Huh. How about that. Titan products is a rip off. They don't even know what they have. They were happy to immediately charge credit card. 2-7 days to refund my card. What a joke titan.

Couldn't give less than one star. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, with no problems or issues. Shipment was actually quicker than anticipated. That part of the experience was 5 star. we bought the 7' titan backhoe with thumb attachment. This is where things went bad. The backhoe arrived and we proceeded to assemble, instructions are vague. The bucket was damaged, the bolts, washers, and nuts to attach the seat were missing, and over half of the grease fittings were missing. We call customer service. They cannot give you the specs on the grease fittings, okay, they are also out of stock. We did receive replacement bolts for the seat. The warranty department for Palletforks does not have a direct line so you cannot actually talk to a real person and the message to have them call goes unheeded. They communicate through email. They want to send me a shipping label but what am I supposed to pack it in, I believe if I do succeed in sending back the bucket I will never get a replacement, so I wanted them to ship the bucket and then I would have something to return the damaged one in. I should not have to pay for any of this. No one seems to be able to figure out the specs on the grease fittings, shouldn't the parts department have this? Apparently not. Since customer service doesn't appear to be able to do anything I feel that the situation is hopeless and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ATTACHMENT FROM THEM AGAIN! I would rather pay more for better customer care.

The replacement cylinder we ordered was 4 inches too short and the grapple won’t close all the way. It doesn’t fit as advertised.

If I could rate Titan with a negative number, in this case I would do so. They sold me an out-of-spec part (a tractor-trailer receiver). The part cannot be used because it was manufactured oversized (a mistake). A 2" trailer hitch cannot fit snugly enough to be safe. The ID of the receiver that I received is 2.4". It should be about 2.1". I asked for a return, but customer service refused, citing that it was a "scratch and dent" sale and therefore no refunds are available. I asked for a manager, but instead was transferred to another customer service agent, who told me the same thing. I even offered to trade it in for a more expensive model, but I was told that the original cannot be returned. Note that the receiver also had a main part missing. When I asked when I would receive it I was told that it was on backorder and that I should just go and buy it either locally or online myself. Again I asked for a management member to call me and was told that it would take several days for this to happen. Since this was a defective part and actually is a safety problem I felt that Titan would certainly take it back. That does not appear to be the case- even though the part is totally useless except maybe to use as a boat anchor. I am incredibly disappointed with Titan. I will not ever recommend them to anyone nor will I buy anything from them again.

Delivery not as promised, 3 different deliveries all was sapose to be delivered on Sunday, one fork on Tuesday, back rest Thursday, last fork Friday.

Hi Phil, thank you for the review and my apologies for the experience you have had with regards to shipping. Our Pallet Fork Frames and Forks are shipped in 3 boxes, all via ground and items are sorted by carriers by their size and most of the time, parts of an order are loaded on different short trucks. As much as we would love to have all parts of an order be delivered at the same time, unfortunately the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. Still, we value our customers' experience and feedback and are constantly working with carriers to better make shipping time more efficient.

My item arrived damaged. It was dented in and had a large scrape down the entire length of one side. There were numerous smaller dents and scratches as well. I co texted the company and they offered me a 5% rebate. I would not recommend them based on this.

The customer service dept is pathetic. They advertise free shipping which is a lie. Nowhere did they show that there was a $50 oversize charge which they added to mine. The item I purchased did nor fit and I proved it was a problem on their end and their solution now is to ignore me and it mite go away. Worst buying experience I've ever had. Was going to buy another $10k in impliments from them but will never do business with them again.

Still waiting on what is being done to compensate me for the forks arriving damaged. Have talked to three different customer service people who said I would be contacted by someone with all my options! Have heard nothing in 8 days! Was assured yesterday 8-3-2022 that I would be contacted by the end of the day! No contact was made by your company! Very unhappy with your company! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I didn't realize it required two hydraulic outlets, so ordered parts for tractor,I was told it was assembled ready to use, well that a lie , I would have appreciated the truth.

First parts sent were the right parts in the wrong size. Thought everything was good after talking to support, whom were not easy to get ahold of. And new they had shipped me the wrong parts. Waited over a week for the correct parts. Replacement parts arrive and aren’t even the right parts. So now I have to send these parts back and wait another week after I can get ahold of support again. Not impressed. Cannot rate the product because I have not received them

While my initial inquiries about potentially buying the attachment were answered capably and helpfully, once I moved to the customer care department post-purchase, I have not had the same knowledgeable assistance . While I had a very urgent need and the original order for the pinestraw rake came rapidly, it was missing half the pieces. This seems to be a VERY COMMON problem as the box was in pieces and the new FED EX box was also ripped. This was mentioned in the reviews, but I thought once the company knew about it, certainly they would be doing better. Not so. I am disappointed. So, I am missing key pieces, the main one of which is now on back order. Certainly they would have known that before to have alerted me that the item won't actually be ready to use when promised. I tried to talk with the knowledgable staff members again, and they just left me on hold for a very long time and then put me back to the man in a foreign country who was just following procedures. He did not know anything about how the product worked (not his fault, not his job). I don't know why they just sent me back to him. He did say they would do that, but I thought I would get more personal service than that based upon my initial contact which was so positive. Needless to say, my grass is dying at this minute and I am still far from getting a workable rake.

Just put my new 78" Ditch Bank Flail Mower on my tractor and the hydraulic cylinder that controls the pitch of the mower immediately started leaking. Tried to tighten the connections to stop the leak, but saw no way to do so without causing more damage. Called customer service about the problem and was told to file a warranty claim, which I did, but I've yet to hear back from anyone about what they intend to do about this. Also, the assembly instructions for the mower don't cover how to assemble the 78" version of the mower. Extremely disappointed.

The very first time I used the Cutter after only about 3/4 acre the wheel fell off. On investigation, the weld holding the post that attaches the wheel assembly to the rear of the cutter broke causing the wheel to fall off
