I bought this 3 point quick hitch to connect to my titan land leveler and grader. It doesn’t fit. The top hook on the quick hitch does not hook to the top link on the titan land leveler. The hook is approximately 6” to low. Very disappointed.

I waited days from Titan for an answer on my questions and then was told this was the proper item to purchase to work with the soil attachement I purchased previously, it does not. Need to return. I will send the guy who gave me that info a message.

Not too good! The first set of belts you sent were too loose. The second set were the same belts.1626LI SO THEY ARE STILL TOO LOOSE.I will need the next size smaller or you can give me a refund and I will try to find them locally, I cant adjust the slack out of the belts due to poor construction of the mower deck.

Build quality is good for price. Customer service is impossible to use. Been 2 months and I have made 3 phone calls, 3 internet chats, and multiple emails with videos of issues and other then low level return call people. Nobody has gotten back to me that can help me. Only purchase from them if u are confident not to have issues with your purchase or if the price is so good it’s worth the risk. Good luck Roger

Was supposed to be delivered on 7/7/22 was un able to deliver driver didn't want to work late, explained his 43 foot trailer would not fit the shipping company dose not have a straight body track 4 shipping day later he shows up 3 miles down the road I had to take my tractor 6 miles out of my way to take delivery and you had the to charge me $100.00 extra for fule unbelievable not to mention the company customer service is the worst

Horrible. The add a grapple will not fit on my bucket. The mounting plates are far too short and poor angle to allow the grapple to close on the bucket edge like it is supposed to. My dealer spent most of the day trying to make it work, to no avail at a cost of about $800.00. I have contacted customer service by phone and email asking for a full refund and to pick up the product. It has been 3 days so far they have not taken care of it.

Poor customer service. Was mislead by sales rep on the phone. Item was missing paint and scratched when delivered. If I spend this kind of money, I expect a new product that’s in mint condition. Will definitely be leaving reviews on other websites and notifying the other local farmers.

My Titan Tree Puller arrived in fine shape. After I unpacked it, I noticed that the couplings for the hydraulic function were not the same size as my tractor's third function hydraulic couplings. I have a JD 4044R. I reported this issue to the Company. After a brief acknowledgment of the problem, Titan has yet to provide me with a solution.

Absolutely terrible! I purchased an excavator attachment that on the first use leaked hydraulic fluid all over because of defective fittings, later the same day pins started breaking and requiring replacement as the entire attachment eventually ended up bent and blew out the cylinder seals. Titan decided to replace it telling me they are sending a new piece and to my surprise, a piece of metal shows up at my door. Nothing in which I ordered or is of use! 1 star isn't even deserved from this company!

I ordered two identical hay spears, I received two different lengths in two separate packages and they did not match the pictures on the website not to mention prices are absurd right now.

Honestly, I was very excited about this company at first. I did a little research and discovered they were a US-based family-founded company that had very reasonable prices and seemingly decent equipment. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very different then what my expectations had been. I ordered 3 attachments all at the same time, an order that totaled almost 6 grand. Two of the items were new and one was a scratch and dent. Due to a lack of photos, a semi-poor description and a bit of my own personal error. I ordered the wrong attachment from the scratch and dent inventory. Unfortunately, it does not fit any of my machines. After talking to two customer service representatives, one issue resolution manager, and me offering to pay return shipping and a restocking fee, nothing was done. I even went as far as to purchase the correct scratch and dent item prior to getting a resolution as a show of good faith. So after all was said and done Titan Attachments admittingly told me over the phone they were willing to lose me a future customer over 355 dollars because they have to stick to their "Final Sale" policy on scratch and dent items. I run several agricultural businesses myself and I have many policies for all kinds of things. But, as a customer-friendly business, with a hard-earned excellent reputation, I will break those policies in a heartbeat to keep a good customer. In my opinion, there is a difference between an honest mistake and upholding policies to keep your business from being taken advantage of. This is a direct quote from Titan's "About Us" portion of their webpage. "When it comes to our company culture at Titan Brands, we've always followed one simple rule— provide our customers with the absolute highest quality of customer service that we can. Titan Brands got started by building up a hard-earned reputation, based around making sure that each customer will leave satisfied enough with their experience that they'll want to spread the news to friends and family by word of mouth. We remain fully committed to not losing sight of that reputation, and our team is always willing to accept the challenge of making sure that you not only walk away from your shopping experience satisfied, but that you'll look forward to coming back in the future." This statement is false. If you are looking for a place to purchase attachments that has solid customer service then keep looking, Titan Attachments is not it. I have given ample time for them to help me get this straightened out and all I keep getting is requests for customer reviews, so here it is. I will not shop here again, I will not recommend to anyone they should shop here and if you are reading this I urge you to go somewhere else. So, Titan, I am sorry for such a poor review but I'm even more sorry you lost me as a customer. I had about ten more items on my wish list I was going to purchase but not anymore. I hope it was worth the 355 dollars and sticking to your "Final Sale" policy. Now I need to go try and sell the item I accidentally bought from you that I have no use for. Oh, and don't even get me started on all the shipping shenanigans.....

Worst customer service / company policy I have ever dealt with. Product appears well made but I will never buy another titan product of fear of having to deal with the companies customer service. Customer service is a joke, save your time and buy from another company that stands behind their product.

Really nice pallet forks that are Made in the USA. Heavy duty powder coated paint. The sad part is that the company refuses to wrap or protect your item before they ship it. After receiving 2 sets of pallet forks that looked like they had been dragged down a gravel road I finally reached out to the customer service dept and have them picked up. So sad. Such a nice item. Please just put some shrink wrap or a little cardboard around your items before you ship them out.

Most have been pretty good but the last one came with a manufacturing flaw that renders it unusable. The locking pin mechanism on one side was reversed backwards so it cannot lock any attachments to it making it useless.

I returned the product but did not get a refund. I spoke with customer service and was told I would get a refund(minus shipping). I did my part by returning the item without ever opening it, and did not receive a refund.

Three weeks to get the rest of a shipment that came in two days!!!!!! The customer service is located in India but don't worry they have American names. The only way to contact someone at Titans, that has basic English comprehension skills, is to select the place order, once prompted. Once the person in Tennessee has realized that you have shipping concerns, they will then send you back to India!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience. The product is adequate. My other pallet fork is lost somewhere in Oregon.
