Having issues with the hay attachment not fitting skid steer as advertised. I have zero hours of use on it but have to go through warranty department, not good. Probably never buy anything else from your company again.

Hi Juan, thanks for the review and my sincere apologies for the experience you have had with your order having a compatibility issue. This is an exceptionally rare case, and is limited to a small number of skid steers. We make these items to fit the largest amount of machines as possible; however, my apologies again as we cannot account for every single eventuality, and what may allow the frame to fit a specific loader might cause it to become incompatible with a greater number of machines. I can see however that a return for a full refund has been issued. Thank you very much for letting assist you with a resolution.

I was never informed by email or anyone untill i called that i would have to setup delivery with trucking company....huge lack of communication. I wouldnt classify this as a dozer blade.........just a snowplow

Extremely dissatisfied. Product arrived dented, scratched, missing light on it. Angle iron surrounding implement broken smashed!!!! Husband ready to have Titan take it back. When you spend that kind of money you expect better!!!

19 days after waitin out bk 0rder to get it and then did not get the red one i ordered the reason i ordered from u was to match color with new tractor .19 days after u sent paper work for fedex to pickup, no manual,no assem instructions there was't a bolt on it that was tight.all blades on tiller where loose 3 broken

3 things. 1. The powder coating has huge chips on it, very thin application, looks cheap. 2. The welds are so pitiful there are bubbles on them, hmmmmm rusting already???? 3. Your T handle rod you provide, cheap cheap cheap. I bent both of them just with my hand. Couldn't even use a bar on them to get them tight enough to hold on because the rod is so cheap. 4. Not a complaint but horrible sales pitch to uses a blue one with painted parts on it for your main picture. You guys use a fake big to look better than your competitors but send out cheap painted black one same to a T as one 100bucks less. No cool. Would never buy again nor recommend this product. Bad T handles and poor paint just makes me wonder what other areas the company cuts coners on.

I disliked this item because it was welded up crooked. I suppose it will work but it should not be sold as scratch and dent.

Ordered a root grapple, looks well built, however one of the hoses that drives the attachment was damaged in shipping as it protrudes from the metal bracing that the implement was shipped in. Called in for customer support, and the hose is on a 3 month plus backorder. No offer for any other resolution. May return it for a $50 hose if i can't use it for 3+ months....

You shipped my item back to yourself. It was a clearence item so you said you couldn't resend it to me. I bought another one from another supplier, thanks because it was cheaper. I will not order from you again.

Needed to replace all hydraulic hoses due to failure very poor Quality If you want to fix things all the time by their equipment it will keep you in business (For the people that don’t understand what that means you’re always fixing their equipment because it’s always breaking)

Hi Justin, thank you for the review and may apologies about the experience you have had with your order in regards to shipping. e make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a replacement was keyed and tagged delivered on 09/07. One from our team has reached out via email on 09/08 as a follow up however. we've yet to receive a response. The sales representatives at your company have no training or understanding of the products they are selling. To sell this type of equipment people have to have some hands on knowledge of what they are selling people .
