Terrible post sale support. Unit leaks, no parts, no solution other than me finding parts and fixing——-BS! You have my money, I have a product shipped with a process and or mechanical problem that could have been circumvented on your end if you did any kind of inspection. Poor management. Telephone times >20 minutes-waiting for your end inter company discussions. Assume remote, foreign based support, no authority, product knowledge limited, poor. I will never buy another product if it has any hydraulics. Spent a lot of money with you, terrible aftermarket. Good luck finding you next customer.

Hi Jack, Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. I have had a chance to check and I can see that one from our warranty team has reached out and offered a resolution, however, it was not accepted and an return for a refund was keyed. I can see that the refund was issued on 10/27. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. We value our customers' experience and we will use this feedback to better enhance the design of our attachments. My apologies again.

As of right now still having a hard time getting all the parts that should’ve been on the grapple. Nice heavy duty grapple, but the grease zerts were loose and some lost and the holes in the pins for the Zerts are not drilled, right. The tooth bucket that I ordered is not a heavy duty bucket. It is a Light/medium duty bucket @ 1/8” thick.

My item showed up missing the two lower lift pins and clips. I worked with customer service to resolve this issue and was told to go purchase them locally. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My attachment was missing a very critical piece of the equipment when it was shipped here. When I contacted customer service to send me the missing piece they told me to have a machine shop make it. They said my part was on back order. That exact attachment may have been, but the exact part I need is used on many of their attachments. I’ve already waited a very long time to get this attachment for my tractor. Now it is useless until I receive that part.

Order was placed online on a Saturday. It went on sale 2 days later on Monday. I called customer service and they refused to honor the sale price. Heck, my order had not even delivered yet!! Maddening…

Hi Ken, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. We do have a sales price adjustment policy however, it can only be applied if an item goes on sale 24 hours after an order was placed. I have had a chance to check and I can see that your order was shipped in 3 boxes and 2 were tagged delivered on 9/14 and the 3rd box delivered on 09/15. The policy was put it by our marketing team as we do not have first hand information on when a site wide sale will occur or how long a sale actually goes on. This is to prevent insider information for sales prices being given out and thus, we would also do not have information on when an item is supposed to be ordered or not ordered to take advantage of a sale. For consideration, the 24 hours policy was put in. My apologies again.

Put the item to work right away and when the bucket is lifted and you curl the grapples back it hits the hydraulic hoses and snapped the fitting. Also the grapples don’t lift or lower in unison like they should. Now I have a broken hunk of metal and Low hydraulic fluid on the skidsteer.

I ordered a simple ballast box. Needed it last week.. You shipped me the box in time and it seems sufficient however, you failed to ship the sliding door. that renders it unuseable. I still await the sliding door.. How does that happen??

I returned a 3-point receiver hitch with an out-of-square receiver tube and received a 3-point receiver hitch with an out-of-square right side hitch pin! It seems that your products have gone from questionable quality assurance to no quality assurance!

My order is messed up. I did not receive my forks but I did receive something extra that I didn’t order. In the meantime I awaiting forks so I am not getting my task done while someone on your end is figuring out what to do. It seams simple to me send out what is needed then figure out what exactly happen to original order.

Unit hydraulic motor broke within 30 minutes of arrival. Initiated warranty support and haven't heard back in a week. Definitely disappointed.

I ordered this item and tried to cancel the order to order a better item. They said I couldn’t. Had to wait until it shipped. When it shipped they did a recall on the item to return to shipper. They charged me 140.00 for nothing. They lost a sale and future sales.

My delivery was poor. The frame around the plow was heavily damaged. The plow itself was also heavily scratched. It’s difficult to tell if there is any additional damage. The pallets were not attached beyond one banding strap on each. The fed ex truck that arrived had no way of dropping of my attachment. I had to remove the attachment from their truck with my own mallet forks. I was hoping this would have gone smoother.

Poor product quality control. Never received any hardware for the cultivator or shank teeth. Almost non-existent customer service. I have been waiting almost a week now for a response as to if/when I will receive the missing parts. Calls seem to go to foreign customer service center and then no follow-up. Very disappointed so far!

Item arrived damaged, mainly due to shipping company. Having trouble getting the issue resolved in a timely manner when needing this disc harrow now to disc my fields for the next growing season. Slightly disappointed honestly.

Do NOT buy any “scratch/dent” equipment from Titan! They had a 3-point fence stretcher with “cosmetic” damage I was interested in. I wrote to sales support to specially inquire as to the extent of damage. They wrote back “minor cosmetic damage and/or missing parts” and that if any significant parts were missing, they would send them. With this assurance, I bought the implement. When I took delivery. I discovered that not only was the paint massively scratched but it had been without paint so long that the metal was now rusting under what remaining paint there is. I complained, stating and documenting the material misrepresentation as to the condition of this piece of equipment. There response was “sorry, scraped paint is “cosmetic”. Rust from scrapped paint is also considered cosmetic. So, unless you want cancer rusted out equipment, don’t buy their “cosmetic” description of their scratch and dent equipment. It’s a lie.

I'm not sure what condition the Titan attachment was in when shipped but I received the attachment in a destroyed box where the attachment had ripped through the box. I would have not accepted the package but I was not home when it was delivered. I wanted to just return this attachment but the packaging was destroyed. Unfortunately, I was unable to attach photos. Very disappointing! 😢

Hi James, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier.
