Titan has violated the patent Big Tool Rack has by fabricating an exact copy of the 3 point tool box pro. Please don’t stop to those level and go buy the legit version from Tim. Myself like many others have the legit version and it’s been a huge benefit for working around my property.

When I ordered this blade I called and asked your technical staff if it was a six-way blade. They told me it definitely was. It is not. I can’t use this blade that does not fit my need. Now, you want me to pay the freight to return it?!? Seriously!!!

Item was shipped without a box or crate, so the paint was scraped off in several places. I refused shipment. It was shipped again but only after the first item was received back by Titan. The second shipment had an exception due to the bar code being unreadable and also was returned to Titan. The third shipment did arrive. It also has several paint scrapes. It took two weeks to receive what is basically a “scratch and dent” item when I paid full price for a new item. I ordered implements from other vendors and they came boxed with spray foam to hold the item in place and protect from damage. Another vendor shipped an implement in a plywood box. Titan needs to box their products to protect the items during shipping. Given these hassles/frustrations I will not order from Titan again.

Well a small review in my experience with Titan attachments I had ordered the large spare tire holder for my truck a decision that I would soon regret first my delivery date got pushed back because the company did not have my item in stock then they neglected to inform me so I had to reach out to their company which took another week and a half they told me my item would be in the 29th of September and never showed how to email back the company so I could get a tracking order which had still said my order had not been shipped I finally canceled my order ask for refund and I have never do business with this company again

Hi Jeremy, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and your order for the Spare Tire Holder was shipped 24 hours after your purchase on the 14th of September. The tracking number was updated by the carrier on the 15th. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. FedEx Freight uses intermodal rail service to move large volumes of cargo to its primary hubs and your order was put on one of the rails. Unfortunately, the time for getting tracking information updates for items put on a rail will vary and on some cases, only happens they the shipment is transferred to their primary hubs. I can see however that a full refund has been issued on 10/03. Thank you very much and I hope you'll give us another chance.

Lied to very disappointed and the salesman knew when I told him I had a 65hp tractor and needed a category 2 he sold me a cat 1 that is no use to me and I trusted him and titan to deliver but no more use for either!!!!!!! If you have to cheat and lie about your products to make a sell I hope that my 255.00 was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Steven, thank you for posting a review and my apologies about this. I have had a chance to check and due to fast turn around times, we are not able to make changes to or cancel orders after they are placed; a payment method used will be charged as soon as the order is placed as well. I can see however that one from our team has called the carrier on 09/22 to do a return request and the refund was issued on 09/29. Refunds have a processioning time frame of 5-7 business days. Please reach out to your bank if the refund amount has not reflected yet.

The wrong product arrived, then after a week of waiting for a replacement the wrong attachment arrived again, still waiting to hear when/if the correct one is coming

Part will not work if the 2 brackets were not included which they were not. Also your sales people who spoke understandable english said ADAPTER would work but thats with the missing brackets and welding on my part but I dont have a Welder. Problem solved Bucket and adapter are being picked as a return and I buy somewhere else.

Box arrived in very poor condition, this heavy attachment was not packaged properly for shipment. It came with no instructions for assembly, only a parts list and diagram. I eventually figured out how to put it together (it requires either 2 people or lots of clamps). Once assembled, I tried to put it on my tractor and the lower pins are too close to the crossbar for it to attach to the quick hitch. Called customer service to see what they can do and Titan has outsourced their customer service to some 3rd world country where English is not spoken. After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, I was told they would email me and wanted me to send them photos. No offer to return the item was provided. EXTREMELY POOR customer service!!!!

I got a promotion that the rake would be $20.00 cheaper. Your company would not honor it. $20.00 is not the point.....................the point is your company would not honor what you had sent me. Its the small things that drive me away!

I cancelled this order before it ever left for delivery However your emails kept saying it was being delivered then delayed several times Then it said it was delivered which it never was. I'm still waiting for a credit to my credit card Not happy with your communications
