Finishing mower looks good but had to pay for item to be delivered to my address. Transfer truck couldn't come to my location. Had it picked up at terminal which I paid for. Shipping wasn't free!

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway. If they failed to do this, I highly suggest you contact SAIA customer service to file a complaint. If you're happy with the equipment you purchase from Titan, great, but try to return it and you should be prepared for a serious hassle that lasts for weeks and long waits on hold for customer service support. Be aware that Titan accepts returns within 4 weeks of the day the order was placed, not from when you received it. Be sure to keep all documentation of your bill of lading paperwork from Titan for the return, proof of delivery, and document any correspondence or telephone calls you have with Titan's "customer service." If you are able to schedule a return, but sure to confirm with them in advance that the RMA they issue is tied to YOUR order number. In my case, the RMA number was for someone else's return, so even though I had proof of the equipment being picked up from my farm and received/signed for at Titan's facility, they didn't want to issue a return because the RMA didn't match the return and they'd already refunded somebody else! After 6 weeks of getting no where with them, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company... Titan finally issued the refund when the credit card company interceded on my behalf. Such a hassle!

3 point hitch adaptor was welded incorrectly. Trailer ball adaptors use 3-3.5" measurement to center of hole this was welded backwards and was 4.5" to center of hole the other side (not usable on a quick hitch was 3.25". I bandsaw cut 1.5" off & repainted & now it works. Some one was not paying attention in production & QC.

The attachment looks ok but was missing mounting bolts, I placed an order for this item 6 months ago and charged for it at the time of purchase only to have to request a refund because Titan could not fulfill the order due to being out of stock. 3 months later Titan notified me the item was back in stock so I re-ordered but the price had increased by about 20%. Right after I received my order Titan ran the same item on sale for 50% less than what I had just paid.

Fairly upset with the purchase, welds are subpar at best, the pins that hold the bucket on broke after just a few hours of use and the bucket fell off and broke some hoses. Nice,heavy,sturdy bucket just poor welding.

Love the way that the brush forks were made but the clamps are too big for the threaded attachment and no satisfaction from company on sending the right clamps.

Suppose to be USA made but got cheap Asian as rail that forks mount to bent. Pallet forks had rating of 4000# and my Kubota 3560 can only pick up 1200#. The rail should have not bent. Contacted customer service to see about getting a discount on a new frame since mine was out of warranty. Got a pre-scripted response and referred to me as Chris when my name is Jeff. I am regretting referring a friend who bought a grapple for his tractor from Titan. They going to lose a customer and referrals over a couple hundred dollars. Word of mouth is the cheapest for of advertising. I would fire anyone working for me for loosing a customer over a small amount of money.

It took 6 weeks to get to me. DELIVERY SUCKED!!!!! A part was missing when it arrived SERVICE SUCKED I still dont have all the parts and they dont know when they will get them YOUR COMPANY SUCKS EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

It is not the one I ordered,I bought the yellow one that will bolt up to my ripper,the one I got was the orange one that only works on your new ripper and you was out of stock back in November and I ordered it on back order and you charged my CC then not when you shipped I went the yellow one I ordered,I got screwed big time!!!!

One of the forks for the forklift attachment was missing the locking mechanism when I received them. I contacted customer service and a new mechanism was sent after approximately 2 weeks of waiting. The new lock was the incorrect part. The diameter was too large for my fork therefore it will not fit in the hole. I sent a new email to customer service with no response. Therefore Obviously I am not happy with your customer service at all!!

Utter disappointment. The 3-point hay spear I ordered buckled picking up the first bale. It didn't last 60 seconds. I filed a warranty claim and Titan says the warranty doesn't cover misuse. How is picking up a hay bale with a bale spear misuse!? I am in the market for other attachments. You can be certain I will shop elsewhere.

Item looks good but I had to have it delivered from truck terminal to my house .Would have costed me more but I knew someone that had a truck and he had to take off work that day . Costed me $75.
